【摘要】：語文教學(xué)面臨著種種批評,語文教師尤其是初任語文教師作為未來教育的承擔者,其使命高遠,責任重大,同時隨著教學(xué)改革和發(fā)展,語文教師面臨的壓力就越來越大。因此,研究初中初任教師的職業(yè)適應(yīng)性是當務(wù)之急,能夠提高建設(shè)語文教師團隊的進程。本論文是以初中初任語文教師為切入點,探討新教師在其專業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的職業(yè)適應(yīng)階段所存在的問題。論文通過梳理初任語文教師、職業(yè)適應(yīng)等核心概念,綜合運用問卷法、訪談法和文獻研究法等考查初中初任語文教師職業(yè)適應(yīng)狀況,并且以問卷調(diào)查和訪談的形式深入了解初任語文教師在職業(yè)初期的適應(yīng)情況。論文主要從內(nèi)外因方面分析初任語文教師的“適應(yīng)性”狀況,進而提出促進初中初任語文教師職業(yè)適應(yīng)性的有效策略。論文主要以初中初任語文教師對自我職業(yè)發(fā)展的需求為目標,以實現(xiàn)自身的專業(yè)成長,成為優(yōu)秀的語文教師為目的。從新教師的職業(yè)動機和職業(yè)態(tài)度來分析,說明明確自己職業(yè)目標的人,在工作中會更加努力,在生活和心理上踐行優(yōu)秀教師的準則,實現(xiàn)自我認同,提高自我效能感及教學(xué)能力,進而逐步成長,平緩過渡。當然,在職業(yè)初期也要有一些外在條件的幫助,來自于任職學(xué)校,師范學(xué)校及家庭等方面。內(nèi)因為主,外因為輔,只有新教師認識到自身職業(yè)發(fā)展的重要性,從自身做起,進行調(diào)整改變,才能在一定程度上解決工作中的不適感。
[Abstract]:Chinese teaching is facing all kinds of criticism, Chinese teachers, especially new Chinese teachers, as the future education bearer, its mission is high, the responsibility is heavy, at the same time, with the teaching reform and development. Chinese teachers are facing more and more pressure. Therefore, it is urgent to study the vocational adaptability of junior middle school teachers. Can improve the process of building the Chinese teachers team. This paper is based on the junior middle school language teachers as the starting point. This paper discusses the problems existing in the vocational adaptation stage of new teachers in the process of their professional development. Through combing the core concepts such as new Chinese teachers, vocational adaptation and so on, the paper comprehensively applies the questionnaire method. The interview method and the literature research method and so on examines the junior middle school beginning Chinese teacher occupation adaption condition. And with the form of questionnaires and interviews to understand the initial Chinese teachers in the early vocational adaptation. The paper mainly from the internal and external aspects of the analysis of the "adaptability" of the new language teachers. Then it puts forward effective strategies to promote the vocational adaptability of junior middle school Chinese teachers. The thesis aims at the needs of junior middle school Chinese teachers for their own professional development in order to achieve their own professional growth. To become an excellent Chinese teacher. From the new teachers' professional motivation and professional attitude to analyze the clear career goals of the people will work harder in the work. In life and psychological practice of excellent teachers to achieve self-identification, improve self-efficacy and teaching ability, and then gradually grow up, smooth transition. Of course, in the early career should also have some external conditions to help. From serving schools, normal schools and families. Internal factors are the main, external factors are supplementary, only new teachers realize the importance of their own professional development, start from their own, adjust and change. In order to solve the discomfort in the work to a certain extent.
