【摘要】：本文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)的研究方法。以新疆545名中學(xué)體育教師和19所中學(xué)的體育組組長為調(diào)查對象進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查以及訪談,探索新疆中學(xué)體育教師對十三冬了解、參與十三冬情況以及十三冬對體育教師相關(guān)影響的研究。研究結(jié)果顯示,新疆中學(xué)體育教師對十三冬基本知識比較了解,而作為十三冬舉辦地的烏魯木齊中學(xué)體育教師對十三冬知識的了解要大于其他兩個地區(qū);在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代背景下,中學(xué)體育教師關(guān)注十三冬的主要途徑是手機(jī)和電視,而通過現(xiàn)場觀看比賽獲取十三冬信息的主要是來自舉辦地烏魯木齊的中學(xué)體育教師;中學(xué)體育教師對冰雪運(yùn)動的喜愛要大于本身會冰雪運(yùn)動的體育教師;中學(xué)體育教師參與十三冬相關(guān)工作的較少,中學(xué)體育教師參與十三冬相關(guān)工作的主要是志愿者服務(wù)和宣傳工作;十三冬使絕大多數(shù)中學(xué)體育教師對新疆得天獨(dú)厚的冰雪資源和冰雪運(yùn)動知識有了進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識;十三冬對體育教師地位和求知欲沒有較大的變化,而中學(xué)體育教師對冬季運(yùn)動安全預(yù)防知識更加關(guān)注;十三冬對體育教師冰雪運(yùn)動消費(fèi)情況影響不大,但是十三冬后參與冰雪運(yùn)動的體育教師人數(shù)有所增加;體育教師在校園作為十三冬宣傳等工作的主力軍角色被淡化,承擔(dān)者卻是德育等方面的教師;在中學(xué)進(jìn)行宣傳十三冬相關(guān)工作的較少,校園廣播是中學(xué)宣傳十三冬的主要途徑;十三冬對新疆中學(xué)體育教師影響的差距大,不同地區(qū)的中學(xué)體育教師所受的影響不一樣。建議:加強(qiáng)體育教師繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)力度,包括奧運(yùn)知識、冰雪運(yùn)動知識以及冬季運(yùn)動安全預(yù)防知識等。在校園大力宣傳新疆冰雪運(yùn)動起源及冰雪運(yùn)動,冬季運(yùn)動安全預(yù)防常識等。發(fā)展并且落實(shí)中學(xué)體育教師對冰雪運(yùn)動的興趣,應(yīng)注重發(fā)揮體育教師的組織引領(lǐng)作用,充分利用開發(fā)公園場地,加強(qiáng)校園體育組織、校園體育文化建設(shè),實(shí)施“北冰南展”互幫互助,合作共贏方針。為新疆500萬人走上冰雪、為實(shí)現(xiàn)全國3億人上冰雪,為2022年北京冬奧會增彩助威,獻(xiàn)出一份微薄之力。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and mathematical statistics research methods. The sports team leader Xinjiang 545 middle school physical education teachers and 19 secondary schools for the survey questionnaires and interviews, to explore the Xinjiang middle school PE teachers to understand the thirteen winter, in the winter of thirteen and thirteen winter related research the influence of PE teachers. Suggestions: strengthen the continuing education training of physical education teachers, including knowledge of the Olympic Games, winter sports and winter sports safety prevention knowledge knowledge etc. in the campus. Vigorously promote Xinjiang ice and snow sports origin and snow sports, winter sports safety prevention knowledge. The development and implementation of middle school physical education teachers on the ice and snow sports interest, should pay attention to the role of PE teachers in the organization leading, make full use of the development of the park site, strengthen the campus sports organization, the construction of campus sports culture, the implementation of the "North South" exhibition mutual aid, cooperation and win-win policy. Xinjiang 5 million people walk on the ice, for the realization of the national 300 million people on ice, for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games can increase the color Wei, give a small force.
