【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)對(duì)于人才的需求也與日俱增。由學(xué)歷所帶來的社會(huì)地位和薪資待遇的差異使得人民群眾在“有學(xué)上”的基礎(chǔ)上也迫切的希望能夠“上好學(xué)”,這也在一定程度上推動(dòng)著教育規(guī)模的發(fā)展。大型學(xué)校的產(chǎn)生最初是緣于政府推動(dòng),擴(kuò)大學(xué)校規(guī)模是政府出于公平的考慮希望有更多的人能夠享受到優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源的舉措,并且學(xué)校擴(kuò)大規(guī)模除了能滿足人們對(duì)優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源的需求以外,在某種意義上也是為了增加規(guī)模效益。但是,從大型學(xué)校的現(xiàn)實(shí)發(fā)展來看,它的存在似乎并沒有產(chǎn)生政府部門所預(yù)期的效果,反而引發(fā)了一系列非公平問題,例如資源過于集中導(dǎo)致學(xué)校以及生均資源占有不公平的現(xiàn)象,除此之外還包括諸多教育和管理上的問題,包括生均關(guān)注度過低以及校園安全隱患過大等等。所以緩解我國中學(xué)學(xué)校大型化,解決教育資源分配不均的問題迫在眉睫,而深入分析大型學(xué)校產(chǎn)生發(fā)展的原因以及它所存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境可以讓我們對(duì)學(xué)校規(guī)模大型化的現(xiàn)象有更加深入的了解并且對(duì)此現(xiàn)象做出深刻的反思,從而理性地針對(duì)其存在的問題進(jìn)行對(duì)策分析并找到解決問題的方式,使得校與校之間能均衡發(fā)展,也使得更多的人可以在真正意義上享受到優(yōu)質(zhì)的教育資源,讓學(xué)校辦學(xué)能獲得真正的規(guī)模效益。本文一共分為三個(gè)部分,第一部分是介紹大型學(xué)校的產(chǎn)生背景與發(fā)展的促進(jìn)因素,包括從學(xué)校、政府以及社會(huì)三方面因素對(duì)大型學(xué)校的產(chǎn)生做了詳細(xì)的說明,以及探討學(xué)校以追求“規(guī)模效益”和“公平正義”的名義來進(jìn)行規(guī)模擴(kuò)張和大型學(xué)校利益相關(guān)者之間的博弈來分析大型學(xué)校發(fā)展壯大的過程。這一部分主要是對(duì)大型學(xué)校做一個(gè)詳細(xì)的介紹,讓我們?cè)趯?duì)大型學(xué)校有充分了解的基礎(chǔ)上來進(jìn)行研究分析。第二部分則是分兩個(gè)章節(jié)來討論大型學(xué)校存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,包括其對(duì)教育公平的不利影響以及由于規(guī)模過大而增加了教育和管理方面的難度從而弱化學(xué)校的育人功能等等,并且針對(duì)這些實(shí)際存在的問題做詳細(xì)的剖析,其中提到了當(dāng)前制度體系中的缺陷,例如高考制度和社保制度等,除此之外還提到了當(dāng)前社會(huì)過于看中文憑,使得人們將教育看成一項(xiàng)投資甚至是防衛(wèi)性支出,所以在深知應(yīng)試教育的危害下人們還是陷入了教育中囚徒困境。然而,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題卻不解決問題等于做了無用功,所以文章的第三部分則是根據(jù)學(xué)校規(guī)模的擴(kuò)張?jiān)絹碓讲皇芸刂频那闆r,從破解優(yōu)質(zhì)師資過于集中、重視市場(chǎng)力量并大力發(fā)展民辦教育以及進(jìn)行管理方式的變革等方面來對(duì)大型學(xué)校進(jìn)行對(duì)策分析,力圖做到均衡分配教育資源,并且團(tuán)結(jié)一切可以團(tuán)結(jié)的力量來支持基礎(chǔ)教育事業(yè),以及優(yōu)化學(xué)校管理模式從而提高教學(xué)管理的效率等舉措。并且還對(duì)國外微型學(xué)校進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,希望能從中獲得對(duì)我國辦學(xué)規(guī)模的啟示,以利于深入探討適合我國中學(xué)學(xué)校的辦學(xué)規(guī)模以及辦學(xué)模式等等。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, the demand for talent from all walks of life also grow with each passing day. Differences in social status and salary caused by education makes people in the "basis" also I want to "school", this has to a certain extent, promote the development of education in large scale. The school was originally produced due to the government to promote and expand the scale of the school is the hope that more people can enjoy the high quality education resources initiatives for fair consideration, and expand the scale of the school in addition to meet the people's demand for high-quality educational resources, in a sense is to increase the size of benefits. So ease China's middle school education scale, solve the problem of uneven distribution of resources is imminent, causes of in-depth analysis of large school development and the reality of the plight of its existence allows us to school scale phenomenon more in-depth understanding of this phenomenon and make a deep reflection, so as to rationally according to the existing problems and countermeasure analysis to find a way to solve the problem, between the school and the school to balanced development, but also makes more people can enjoy the high quality education resources in the true sense, so that the school can obtain the true scale. This paper is divided into three parts, the first part This is a large school background and development factors, including from the school, government and social factors on three aspects of large schools do a detailed instruction, and explore the game process between the school in the name of pursuing "scale efficiency" and "fairness and justice" and the large scale expansion of school stakeholders the analysis of a large school development. The second part is divided into two chapters to discuss the reality of the plight of large schools exist, including the negative impact on the fairness of education and because of too large scale and increase the difficulty of management education and thus weakening the school education function and so on, and according to the practical problems in detail The analysis, which referred to the defects of the current system, such as the college entrance examination system and social security system, in addition also mentioned the current society is seeing Chinese by, people will make education as an investment and even defense expenditures, so that harm in exam oriented education under the people still in education in the prisoner's dilemma. However, find the problem but does not solve the problem is futile, so the third part of the article is based on the expansion of the school scale is more and more out of control, from the crack of high-quality teachers is too concentrated, the importance of market forces and the development of the private education and the reform of the management to carry out the countermeasure analysis to large the school, trying to achieve balanced allocation of educational resources, and unite forces to support basic education, and optimize the management of the school so as to improve the teaching mode We also introduced briefly the efficiency of learning management, and made a brief introduction to foreign micro schools, hoping to get inspiration for our school scale, so as to further explore the scale and mode of running schools suitable for China's secondary schools.
