【摘要】：太原市成為首批全國(guó)足球布點(diǎn)城市,其中49所學(xué)校被命名為全國(guó)校園足球特色學(xué)校。這些學(xué)校不僅有一定的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì),同時(shí)學(xué)校硬件設(shè)施、學(xué)校師資的力量、以及教育與體育部門的重視程度都占據(jù)很大的優(yōu)勢(shì)。太原市山西省的省會(huì),從經(jīng)濟(jì)方面、人才方面、思想方面和重視程度等,都有一定的代表和先行示范作用。太原市足球特色學(xué)校的足球發(fā)展面臨諸多困境,如何根據(jù)太原市自身的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合當(dāng)今的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,因地制宜、差異化的提出可行性、創(chuàng)造性對(duì)策,正是本論文的研究?jī)r(jià)值和意義。本研究通過一些常用的論文撰寫方法,對(duì)太原市初中和高中同為足球特色的九所學(xué)校進(jìn)行調(diào)查、研究和分析。得出以下結(jié)論:(1)太原市足球特色學(xué)校足球教師的教育結(jié)構(gòu)層次總體較高,有著較高知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備。但是很多沒有運(yùn)動(dòng)員經(jīng)歷,使他們?cè)谧闱蚣夹g(shù)動(dòng)作的理解上有一定的欠缺,導(dǎo)致水平參差不齊,同時(shí)擁有教練證的很少。(2)太原市學(xué)校足球特色學(xué)校的學(xué)生,有超過70%的每星期定期去參加足球活動(dòng),一定程度上營(yíng)造了足球氛圍,擴(kuò)大了足球人口數(shù)量。(3)太原市足球特色學(xué)校班主任總體上比較支持學(xué)生參與足球活動(dòng),但是學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)受到一些因素的干擾,整體上看對(duì)孩子參加足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的態(tài)度不是很積極。(4)太原市足球特色學(xué)校學(xué)生參與校園足球受到課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)、硬件設(shè)施、班主任態(tài)度、參與途徑、師資力量、身體素質(zhì)和家長(zhǎng)態(tài)度等方面因素的影響。(5)太原市足球特色學(xué)校校足球隊(duì)的建設(shè)取得一定的成績(jī),但是體系還不成熟,足球的訓(xùn)練和管理體制還不夠完善。(6)太原市足球特色學(xué)校校內(nèi)比賽還是比較欠缺,由于比賽場(chǎng)地、時(shí)間、安全和經(jīng)費(fèi)等限制,比賽場(chǎng)次較少,使一部分學(xué)生無法上場(chǎng)參加足球比賽。(7)太原市足球特色學(xué)校都將足球計(jì)劃列入了學(xué)校日常工作計(jì)劃當(dāng)中,每個(gè)學(xué)校有了工作計(jì)劃,目標(biāo)會(huì)更加明確、開展的過程和步驟會(huì)更加具體。根據(jù)以上結(jié)論,給出以下建議:(1)充分挖掘和整合社會(huì)資源,將現(xiàn)有的體育場(chǎng)在假期時(shí)間對(duì)學(xué)生免費(fèi)開放,緩解場(chǎng)地缺乏的現(xiàn)狀。(2)加大對(duì)足球教師的培訓(xùn)力度,同時(shí),建立一支專業(yè)足球教練員隊(duì)伍,定期去各個(gè)學(xué)校進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和幫助。(3)在完善保障機(jī)制上下功夫,積極制定和建立意外應(yīng)急方案,擴(kuò)大意外傷害保險(xiǎn)的覆蓋,將足球可能帶來的危害降到最低,打消教師、家長(zhǎng)對(duì)組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的顧慮,從而解決家長(zhǎng)對(duì)孩子安全問題的后顧之憂。(4)加強(qiáng)足球課程建設(shè),制定適合太原市足球教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃。開展以足球?yàn)閮?nèi)容形式的主題大課間體育活動(dòng),來豐富課余足球活動(dòng),并形成制度化和常規(guī)化。(5)建立完善各種賽事,使盡可能多的學(xué)生去參加,促進(jìn)球技的進(jìn)步。同時(shí)組建校園足球俱樂部,由專門的足球教師進(jìn)行管理和組織,以豐富其課外活動(dòng)。(6)對(duì)校園足球進(jìn)行多渠道的宣傳,充分利用新型媒體微博、貼吧、微信等傳播平臺(tái),使校園足球的影響大為增強(qiáng)。(7)完善校園足球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)專人制,有專人去為校園足球服務(wù),校園足球開展的過程和步驟會(huì)更加具體,目標(biāo)和進(jìn)度的考核會(huì)更加細(xì)致。
[Abstract]:Taiyuan city became the first national football city, the 49 school was named the national campus football school. There are not only some traditional advantages of these schools at the same time, the hardware facilities of the school, school teachers, the degree of attention and education and sports department will take great advantage. Shanxi is the capital of Taiyuan Province, talent from the economy, ideology, and the degree of attention, have a certain representative and exemplary role. Taiyuan football school football development is facing many difficulties, according to Taiyuan's own characteristics, combined with the status quo, the local conditions, differentiated and put forward feasible countermeasures, creative, thesis the value and meaning of the research. Through the writing methods of some commonly used in this study for junior and senior high schools in Taiyuan city were investigated with nine schools for the football research and characteristics. Analysis. Draw the following conclusions: (1) the overall level of higher education structure in Taiyuan football school football teachers, have higher knowledge. But not many athletes experience, so they are lacking in understanding of football techniques, resulting in uneven level, rarely also have coach card. (2 the characteristics of Taiyuan city school football school) students, each week more than 70% regularly to participate in football activities, to a certain extent, create atmosphere, expand the football population. According to the above conclusions, the following recommendations are given: (1) to fully exploit and integrate social resources, the existing stadium in time for the holidays for students free of charge, to alleviate the current situation. (3) in a perfect guarantee mechanism on efforts to actively develop and establish contingency plans to expand the accident, accident insurance coverage, the football may bring harm to a minimum, to dispel the teacher. The parents of football organization so as to solve the concerns of students, parents of children menace from the rear of the security problem. (4) to strengthen the football course construction, for the development of Taiyuan City Football Teaching and training program. In order to carry out football for the content and form of the theme of the big break sports activities, to enrich the extracurricular activities and the formation of the system of football, and regular. (5) establish a variety of events, make more students to participate, promote the game progress. At the same time, the formation of the campus football club, the football specialized teachers management and organization , to enrich their extracurricular activities. (6) multi channel on campus football publicity, make full use of new media such as micro-blog, WeChat Post Bar, communication platform, the influence of campus football is greatly enhanced. (7) improve the campus football leading person, someone went to the campus football service, process and steps of the campus football will carry out more specific goals and progress of the examination will be more detailed.
