【摘要】：中小學(xué)作為每個(gè)學(xué)生終身發(fā)展的重要階段,為學(xué)生終身發(fā)展奠基,關(guān)系到每個(gè)家庭的幸福。要在切實(shí)培養(yǎng)青年學(xué)生成長成才方面承擔(dān)起“奠基”責(zé)任,把立德樹人作為基本使命,把促進(jìn)學(xué)生健康成長作為學(xué)校一切工作的歸宿。“德”是做人的根本,青少年學(xué)生處在人生觀、世界觀、價(jià)值觀形成的決定時(shí)期,教育要緊緊抓住這個(gè)點(diǎn),按照教育的規(guī)律來實(shí)施“立德樹人”工作,這就要求在學(xué)校教育中真正把德育放在首位。全省中小學(xué)德育政策實(shí)施的如何嚴(yán)重關(guān)系到全省學(xué)校德育體制的運(yùn)行和工作的開展。目前我國還沒有針對云南省中小學(xué)德育政策的實(shí)施存在相關(guān)精細(xì)的研究,從而彌補(bǔ)中小學(xué)德育政策實(shí)施研究的一些空白,更好地推動(dòng)云南省中小學(xué)德育政策的制定、執(zhí)行,推動(dòng)全省德育教育跨越式發(fā)展。十八大以來,教育部和全國各省都在積極探索中小學(xué)德育發(fā)展的新思路,云南省也在探索制定學(xué)校德育“十三五”規(guī)劃,力圖形成有云南獨(dú)特的德育工作新局面。在這種歷史背景下,研究云南省中小學(xué)德育政策實(shí)施情況,有助于進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)云南省中小學(xué)的德育工作。論文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法等研究手段,針對云南省中小德育政策實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀、問題及國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)對比進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)一步提出完善云南省德育政策實(shí)施的對策建議,以推動(dòng)中小學(xué)德育教育跨越式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an important stage of the lifelong development of every student, primary and secondary schools lay the foundation for the lifelong development of students, which is related to the happiness of each family. The basic mission is to promote the healthy growth of students as the end-result of all work in the school. "morality" is the basis of life, young students in the life, world outlook, values of the formation of the decision period. Education should firmly grasp this point, according to the law of education to carry out the work of "moral education to create people." This requires that moral education should be put in the first place in school education. How to implement the moral education policy in primary and secondary schools in the province has a serious bearing on the operation and work of the school moral education system in the province. At present, China has not yet targeted at Yunnan Province. The implementation of the policy of moral education in primary schools is closely related to the research. Thus make up for some gaps in the implementation of moral education policy in primary and secondary schools, better promote the formulation and implementation of moral education policy in primary and secondary schools in Yunnan Province, and promote the leap-forward development of moral education in the province since the 18 National Congress. The Ministry of Education and all provinces of the country are actively exploring new ideas for the development of moral education in primary and secondary schools, and Yunnan Province is also exploring the formulation of the 13th Five-Year Plan for moral Education in Schools. Try to form a unique new situation of moral education in Yunnan. In this historical background, the implementation of moral education policy in primary and secondary schools in Yunnan Province is studied. It is helpful to further promote the moral education in primary and secondary schools in Yunnan Province. This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research and questionnaire survey, aiming at the status quo of the implementation of the policy of middle and small moral education in Yunnan Province. In order to promote the leap-forward development of moral education in primary and secondary schools, this paper makes a comparative study of the problems and experiences at home and abroad, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the implementation of moral education policy in Yunnan Province.
