【摘要】：隨著新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的改革,探索有效提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量和促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的教學(xué)模式已經(jīng)成為體育教學(xué)模式研究的熱點(diǎn)問題。傳統(tǒng)的課堂教學(xué)模式采用“填鴨式”的教學(xué)方式進(jìn)行授課,忽視了學(xué)生的情感體驗(yàn)。翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式顛覆了傳統(tǒng)的課堂教學(xué),主張課前學(xué)生觀看視頻、自主學(xué)習(xí),課堂上互相探討、內(nèi)化知識與拓展能力。本論文將探討翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式在初中體育教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用效果,以此來提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法,并結(jié)合體育教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究。首先,通過閱讀大量的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料形成系統(tǒng)的文獻(xiàn)綜述,同時界定了翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的相關(guān)概念和其理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,通過對山西省大同市鐵二中初二年級的兩個實(shí)驗(yàn)班采取翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式,兩個對照班采取傳統(tǒng)課堂教學(xué)模式;每個班每周2節(jié)課,每節(jié)課45分鐘,進(jìn)行為期4周的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)。最后,對實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,探討翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式在初中體育教學(xué)效果的影響。其研究結(jié)果如下:(1)在初中體育教學(xué)中,采用翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式可以增加師生之間的互動交流,并且這種教學(xué)模式有助于學(xué)生掌握動作技術(shù),提高學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)。(2)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式應(yīng)用于初中體育教學(xué),能夠提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)水平,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情,促進(jìn)初中學(xué)生的身心全面發(fā)展。(3)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式能夠有效地提高學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康,能夠通過直接與間接因素調(diào)動學(xué)生參與體育鍛煉的熱情,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生形成良好的體育鍛煉習(xí)慣,構(gòu)建終身體育意識。(4)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式可以調(diào)動學(xué)生的主動性和積極性,提高學(xué)生的運(yùn)動參與度和自主與探究學(xué)習(xí)能力。(5)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式有利于提高學(xué)生的自信心,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的主人翁意識。
[Abstract]:With the reform of new curriculum standards. Exploring the teaching mode of improving teaching quality effectively and promoting students' all-round development has become a hot issue in the research of physical education teaching mode. The traditional classroom teaching mode adopts the "spoon-feeding" teaching method to carry on the teaching. Overturned classroom teaching mode overturned the traditional classroom teaching, advocated that students watch video before class, learn independently, and explore each other in the classroom. This paper will discuss the application effect of flipping classroom teaching mode in junior middle school physical education teaching to improve the teaching quality. This paper adopts the method of literature, experiment and questionnaire survey. Expert interviews and mathematical statistics and other methods combined with the current situation of physical education research. First of all through reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature to form a systematic literature review. At the same time, it defines the related concepts and theoretical basis of the flipping classroom. Secondly, through the two experimental classes in the second grade of Tieer Middle School in Datong City, Shanxi Province, the flipping classroom teaching model is adopted. The two control classes adopt the traditional classroom teaching mode; Each class has 2 classes per week for 45 minutes, and carries on the teaching experiment for 4 weeks. Finally, the results of the experiment are analyzed. To explore the effect of flipping classroom teaching mode on junior high school physical education teaching. The results are as follows: 1) in junior middle school physical education teaching, the flipping classroom teaching model can increase the interaction between teachers and students. And this teaching mode is helpful for students to master the action technology and improve the students' physical fitness. The flipping classroom teaching model can be applied to the junior middle school physical education teaching and can improve the students' learning motivation level. To stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning and to promote the students' physical and mental comprehensive development can effectively improve the students' physical health. Through direct and indirect factors to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise, cultivate students to form a good habit of physical exercise. Constructing life-long physical education consciousness. 4) flipping classroom teaching mode can arouse students' initiative and enthusiasm. To improve students' participation in sports and the ability to learn independently and inquiring. 5) flipping the classroom teaching model is beneficial to improve students' self-confidence and enhance their sense of ownership.
