【摘要】:上海市高中體育專(zhuān)項(xiàng)化改革自2013年試點(diǎn)以來(lái)已接近四年之久,羽毛球項(xiàng)目深受學(xué)生喜愛(ài)。在改革取得較大突破的同時(shí),也存在著一些問(wèn)題,需要總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),并提出針對(duì)性的對(duì)策。本文研究采取文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪(fǎng)談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,以上海市高中體育專(zhuān)項(xiàng)化羽毛球課程現(xiàn)狀與推進(jìn)策略為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)上海市高中羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)化試點(diǎn)學(xué)校的基本情況、師資情況、學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀、場(chǎng)地器材等進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問(wèn)題和不足,以此為依據(jù),對(duì)影響上海市高中羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)化開(kāi)展的影響因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查及分析。針對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果,提出上海市高中羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)化開(kāi)展的推進(jìn)策略。為高中羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)化教學(xué)提供借鑒,為高中體育專(zhuān)項(xiàng)化的整體發(fā)展提供服務(wù)。本研究的主要結(jié)論如下:1.隨著上海市高中體育專(zhuān)項(xiàng)化羽毛球課程改革的不斷推進(jìn)以及羽毛球試點(diǎn)學(xué)校的逐漸增加,大部分羽毛球試點(diǎn)學(xué)校的班級(jí)人數(shù)控制在30人以?xún)?nèi);試點(diǎn)學(xué)校羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)班教學(xué)組織形式以同一年級(jí)打破行政班和男女分班為主,且較多采用分層教學(xué),有的學(xué)校仍以傳統(tǒng)男女合班的教學(xué)組織形式進(jìn)行教學(xué);課時(shí)安排方面試點(diǎn)學(xué)校每周都會(huì)安排80分鐘的教學(xué)課時(shí),但是各試點(diǎn)學(xué)校羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)班的每周安排次數(shù)并不完全統(tǒng)一。2.羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)化授課教師以年輕教師為主,呈年輕化態(tài)勢(shì),學(xué)歷大多以本科生為主,職稱(chēng)以初、中級(jí)職稱(chēng)為主,培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)缺少,校與校、區(qū)與區(qū)之間的教學(xué)研討活動(dòng)不夠,部分羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)化教師專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)能力不足且教學(xué)能力、經(jīng)驗(yàn)有待于進(jìn)一步提升。3.羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)班男生對(duì)羽毛球運(yùn)動(dòng)知識(shí)、裁判規(guī)則的了解程度比女生要好,大部分學(xué)生在進(jìn)入羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)班之前很少接受過(guò)系統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練且選擇動(dòng)機(jī)是以增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)、掌握一項(xiàng)終身技能為主;但是通過(guò)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)班的學(xué)習(xí)后喜歡羽毛球的人數(shù)增多了,并且喜歡愛(ài)羽毛球的原因主要有:運(yùn)動(dòng)技能提高顯著、教學(xué)組織教法多樣、教學(xué)內(nèi)容豐富等,除此之外學(xué)生的羽毛球技戰(zhàn)術(shù)、體能等能力也得到了不同程度的提高。4.羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)化實(shí)施后,教學(xué)內(nèi)容較之前豐富,但缺少針對(duì)性,沒(méi)有根據(jù)不同層次的學(xué)生來(lái)安排不同的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,教學(xué)方法上仍以傳統(tǒng)教法為主且缺乏針對(duì)性、創(chuàng)造性,F(xiàn)有的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)還不夠全面,并且沒(méi)有針對(duì)不同學(xué)生制定出不同的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),教師們經(jīng)常忽視學(xué)生的自評(píng)、互評(píng)。5.部分試點(diǎn)學(xué)校存在場(chǎng)地器材的問(wèn)題,例如羽毛球場(chǎng)地的木質(zhì)地板出現(xiàn)松動(dòng)、羽毛球和球拍質(zhì)量較差等等。6.影響上海市高中羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)化開(kāi)展的因素主要有:校長(zhǎng)及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度、羽毛球?qū)m?xiàng)化課程的理論建設(shè)、學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)、教師專(zhuān)業(yè)能力、場(chǎng)地器材因素等。
[Abstract]:The special reform of senior high school sports in Shanghai has been nearly four years since 2013, and badminton is popular among students. While the reform has made a great breakthrough, there are also some problems. It is necessary to sum up experience and put forward targeted countermeasures. This paper studies the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. Taking the current situation and promotion strategy of specialized badminton curriculum in senior high school in Shanghai as the research object, the basic situation, teachers' situation and students' status of the special badminton pilot school in Shanghai senior high school are studied. The site and equipment were investigated and analyzed, found the existing problems and deficiencies, based on this, the impact of high school badminton in Shanghai to carry out the investigation and analysis of the factors affecting the results of the investigation. This paper puts forward the strategy of promoting the development of special badminton in senior high school in Shanghai, and provides reference for the special teaching of badminton in senior high school. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. With the continuous promotion of the reform of badminton curriculum in senior high school and the gradual increase of badminton pilot schools. The class size of most badminton pilot schools is limited to less than 30 students; The teaching organization form of badminton special class in pilot school is to break the administrative class and separate class of male and female in the same grade, and more adopt stratified teaching, some schools still use the traditional teaching organization form of male and female cooperation class to carry on the teaching; In terms of the scheduling of classes, the pilot schools schedule 80 minutes of teaching hours each week. But each pilot school badminton special classes per week arrangements are not completely unified .2.Badminton special teaching teachers are young teachers, showing a young trend, mostly undergraduate students, titles to the beginning. Intermediate title is the main, lack of training opportunities, school and school, district and district between the teaching and research activities are not enough, some badminton specialized teachers' professional and technical ability is insufficient and teaching ability. Experience needs to be further improved .3. Badminton special class boys to badminton sports knowledge, referee rules than girls to understand the level of better. 3. Most of the students rarely received systematic training before entering the special badminton class and their motivation was to improve their physique and master a lifelong skill. However, the number of people who like badminton after studying in special classes has increased, and the main reasons for loving badminton are: the significant improvement of sports skills, the variety of teaching methods, the rich content of teaching and so on. In addition, the students' badminton techniques and tactics, physical fitness and other abilities have also been improved to varying degrees. 4. After the implementation of badminton, the teaching content is more abundant than before, but the lack of pertinence. Not according to different levels of students to arrange different teaching content, teaching methods are still based on the traditional teaching method and lack of pertinence, creativity. The existing teaching evaluation is not comprehensive enough. And not for different students to develop different standards of measurement, teachers often ignore the self-assessment of students, mutual evaluation. 5. some of the pilot schools have site equipment problems. For example, the wood floor of badminton court appears loose, badminton and racket quality is poor and so on .6.The main factors that affect the special development of high school badminton in Shanghai are: principal and leadership attach importance to it. The theory construction of badminton special course, students' own quality, teacher's professional ability, field equipment factor and so on.
