【摘要】:加強(qiáng)青少年思想品德教育,幫助他們樹立遠(yuǎn)大的理想,關(guān)系著民族的興衰、國(guó)家的興亡,同時(shí)關(guān)乎黨和國(guó)家的發(fā)展,因此,這將成為一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)又持久的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。而初中生思想品德的養(yǎng)成不僅要靠教師的諄諄教誨,也離不開學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)的耐心教導(dǎo)。由于初中生所處在身心發(fā)展不平衡的階段,在這樣的特殊時(shí)期,他們需要正確的引導(dǎo)和鼓勵(lì)。初中生在學(xué)校德育熏陶下也受到各自家庭的影響。而初中思想品德課的教學(xué)就是為了更系統(tǒng)化教育學(xué)生,使他們身心得到健康發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)他們樹立正確的價(jià)值觀。為進(jìn)一步提高初中思想品德課的教學(xué)效果,豐富思想品德課教學(xué)手段。本文提出,將家長(zhǎng)作為一種教育資源使其成為一種課堂教學(xué)資源引進(jìn)課堂,利用家長(zhǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)輔助教師對(duì)初中生進(jìn)行思想品德教育,從而提高思想品德課教學(xué)質(zhì)量。本文在借鑒前人研究基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)家庭與學(xué)校教育的結(jié)合方面的研究做了具體分析。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法對(duì)于家長(zhǎng)參與學(xué)校教育的情況進(jìn)行梳理,并針對(duì)初中思想品德課教學(xué)中運(yùn)用家長(zhǎng)教育資源的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行分析。又通過(guò)實(shí)證研究法對(duì)當(dāng)前初中思想品德課教學(xué)中家長(zhǎng)教育資源運(yùn)用的情況實(shí)施調(diào)查。筆者選取揚(yáng)州地區(qū)四所初級(jí)中學(xué)初一、初二的學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)家長(zhǎng)教育資源在初中思想品德課的運(yùn)用情況有所了解,又對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果做出分析,提出了優(yōu)化家長(zhǎng)教育資源的對(duì)策,以及在初中思想品德課教學(xué)中運(yùn)用家長(zhǎng)教育資源的具體實(shí)施過(guò)程。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于,從實(shí)際調(diào)查情況出發(fā),對(duì)于初中思想品德課教學(xué)中家長(zhǎng)教育資源的運(yùn)用做了相關(guān)補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明,完善思想品德課堂教學(xué)實(shí)過(guò)程,有利于在教育實(shí)踐中進(jìn)行新的探索。本文不足之處在于對(duì)于初中思想品德課中家長(zhǎng)教育資源的運(yùn)用的理論研究還不夠深入,需全面搜集相關(guān)資料作出進(jìn)一步分析,為本研究提供充分的理論依據(jù)。要使得在初中思想品德課教學(xué)中順利運(yùn)用家長(zhǎng)教育資源,需要家長(zhǎng)與教師的通力合作,更需要家長(zhǎng)的配合,雙方都要做好準(zhǔn)備工作。在對(duì)家長(zhǎng)教育資源的具體運(yùn)用上,需根據(jù)學(xué)生家庭的實(shí)際情況而定,設(shè)計(jì)恰當(dāng)?shù)恼n堂教學(xué)活動(dòng),更待完善。
[Abstract]:Strengthen the ideological and moral education of young people, help them to set up lofty ideals, related to the rise and fall of the nation, the rise and fall of the country, at the same time related to the development of the Party and the country, so. This will become a long-term and lasting strategic task. But the cultivation of junior high school students' moral character depends not only on the inculcation of teachers. Because junior high school students are in an unbalanced stage of physical and mental development, in such a special period. They need correct guidance and encouragement. Junior high school students are also influenced by their families under the influence of moral education in school. In order to further improve the teaching effect and enrich the teaching means of ideological and moral course in junior high school, this paper puts forward the following points: (1) to make them have a healthy development of body and mind, and to train them to set up correct values. Parents as a kind of educational resources to make it a classroom teaching resources into the classroom, using the advantages of parents to assist teachers in the ideological and moral education of junior high school students. In order to improve the teaching quality of ideological and moral education, this paper makes a concrete analysis on the combination of family and school education on the basis of previous studies. Sort it out. Based on the analysis of the related research on the use of parents' educational resources in the ideological and moral teaching of junior high school, the author carries out an investigation on the utilization of parents' educational resources in the teaching of ideological and moral education in junior high school by means of empirical research. Four junior middle schools in Yangzhou area are selected. The parents of students in the second year of junior high school as the object of investigation to understand the use of parent education resources in junior high school ideological and moral classes, and to make an analysis of the results of the survey, put forward the optimization of parents education resources countermeasures. And in the junior middle school ideological and moral teaching in the use of parental education resources specific implementation process. The innovation of this article is, from the actual investigation. For the junior high school ideological and moral education in the use of parental education resources to do a related supplementary explanation to improve the ideological and moral classroom teaching process. The deficiency of this paper is that the theoretical research on the use of parents' educational resources in the ideological and moral course of junior high school is not deep enough. Need to collect relevant information for further analysis to provide a sufficient theoretical basis for this study. In order to make the successful use of parental education resources in the ideological and moral teaching of junior high school, it is necessary for parents and teachers to cooperate with each other. It needs the cooperation of parents and the preparation of both sides. It is necessary to design appropriate classroom teaching activities according to the actual situation of students' families in the specific use of parents' educational resources.
