【摘要】:思想品德課,是我國在中學(xué)設(shè)置的專門對初中生進(jìn)行道德教育的課程,對初中生的道德養(yǎng)成和人格形成都有著至關(guān)重要的作用。怎樣使初中生在思想品德課上的學(xué)習(xí)積極性得到提升,是思想品德課教學(xué)研究應(yīng)該關(guān)注的重要問題!傲_森塔爾效應(yīng)”提倡教師給予每個學(xué)生良好的期望,看到每個學(xué)生未來無限的潛能,在本質(zhì)上符合初中生的心理需求。它作為心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的重要理論之一,對教育領(lǐng)域的各個學(xué)科都具有普遍性的指導(dǎo)意義,可以為提升思想品德課教學(xué)效果提供有效的方法和指導(dǎo)。在思想品德課教學(xué)中應(yīng)用“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”,順應(yīng)初中生心理發(fā)展規(guī)律,符合新課程改革的精神,是未來教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法和案例分析法從理論和實踐兩個角度進(jìn)行研究,在分析相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合思想品德課教學(xué)案例,在此基礎(chǔ)上撰寫了論文。本文分為五個部分。首先,在導(dǎo)言部分闡述了問題的提出和研究意義、本選題的國內(nèi)外研究概況和研究思路及其方法。其次,對“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”在思想品德課中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行概述,簡述了“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”的內(nèi)涵及其對思想品德教學(xué)的啟示、對“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”在思想品德課教學(xué)中應(yīng)用的理論基礎(chǔ)、特點以及作用進(jìn)行了詳盡的闡釋。在這一部分,指出了“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”在思想品德課教學(xué)中的特點包括期許性、情感性和全面性。再次,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”在思想品德課教學(xué)中的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,包括思想品德教師期望的形成、傳遞、內(nèi)化、維持與調(diào)整和實現(xiàn)五個部分。然后詳細(xì)介紹了“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”在思想品德教學(xué)中的實際應(yīng)用,探討了在實施過程中應(yīng)遵循的原則。筆者認(rèn)為在思想品德課教學(xué)中應(yīng)用“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”應(yīng)遵循主體性原則、激勵性原則、適度性原則和差異性原則。同時,結(jié)合筆者實習(xí)經(jīng)驗從思想品德教學(xué)內(nèi)容出發(fā),提出了具體應(yīng)用的五個方面。最后,分析了在思想品德課教學(xué)中應(yīng)用“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”時存在的問題,并有針對性地提出了解決問題的對策。
[Abstract]:Ideological and moral education, is our country set up a dedicated in middle school moral education curriculum of junior middle school students, plays a crucial role in the formation of junior high school students' morality and personality. The enthusiasm of learning how to make students in the ideological and moral lesson has been improved, is an important problem of ideological and moral teaching should pay attention to the "Rosenthal effect". The teachers give each student a good expectation, see each students' future unlimited potential, with the junior high school students' psychological needs in nature. It is one of the important theories in the field of psychology, has universal guiding significance for each discipline education, can provide effective guidance for and method to improve the teaching effect of Ideological and moral lesson. "In the ideological and moral teaching in the Rosenthal effect, conform to the law of the psychological development of junior high school students, in line with the spirit of the new curriculum reform, Is the inevitable trend of future education development. This article uses the literature research method and case analysis method to carry on the research from two aspects of theory and practice, based on the relevant literature review, combined with the case of Ideological and moral teaching, on the basis of written papers. This paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, in the introduction part expounds the problem the introduction and research significance of this topic, the research situation at home and abroad and research ideas and methods. Secondly, the application of "Rosenthal effect" in the ideological and moral lesson are summarized, the "Rosenthal effect" connotation and Its Enlightenment on Ideological and moral teaching, on the theoretical basis of "Rosenthal effect" in the ideological and moral in the teaching of the characteristics and the role of a detailed interpretation. In this part, points out the characteristics of "Rosenthal effect" in the ideological and moral teaching in the hope of including, Emotional and comprehensive. Thirdly, on the basis of previous studies proposed the "Rosenthal effect" mechanism in moral education, including the ideological and moral teachers' expectation formation, transfer, internalization, maintenance and implementation of five parts and adjustment. And then introduces the actual application of "Rosenthal effect" in the ideological and moral in the teaching, study should be followed in the process of the implementation of the principle. The author thinks that use the "Rosenthal effect" should follow the principle of subjectivity in Ideological and moral teaching, incentive principle, moderate principle and difference principle. At the same time, combined with the author's internship experience starting from the content of the ideological and moral teaching, put forward five aspects specific applications. Finally, analyzes the application of "Rosenthal effect" in the ideological and moral teaching in the problems, and puts forward the solutions of the problems.
