【摘要】：我國(guó)體育教育正處于改革的過(guò)程中,中學(xué)體育教學(xué)人員作為教學(xué)改革的中堅(jiān)力量,成為基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)中不可或缺的重要構(gòu)成�；诖�,本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法,從現(xiàn)實(shí)教學(xué)實(shí)踐出發(fā)對(duì)新時(shí)期中學(xué)體育教學(xué)的前期培養(yǎng)規(guī)范進(jìn)行一系列的規(guī)范,并對(duì)后續(xù)培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的思考,以期為中學(xué)體育教學(xué)師資的培養(yǎng)提供一定的參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Physical education in our country is in the process of reform, middle school physical education teaching staff as the backbone of teaching reform, become an indispensable part of basic teaching. Based on this, this paper through the method of literature. Starting from the actual teaching practice, this paper carries on a series of norms for the early stage training of the middle school physical education teaching in the new period, and carries on the corresponding consideration to the follow-up training. In order to provide some reference and reference for the training of PE teaching teachers in middle schools.
