翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂理念下中學(xué)英語教師多元化角色研究

【摘要】:在“以人為本”和“為學(xué)生終身發(fā)展服務(wù)”的新教育理念下,教師角色逐漸成為實(shí)現(xiàn)教育改革成功的關(guān)鍵。國家教育部實(shí)施基礎(chǔ)教育改革,改變以“教師為中心”的傳統(tǒng)教育模式,推行以“學(xué)生為中心”的新課程改革發(fā)展理念,樹立“以人為本”的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀;趯W(xué)生自主合作探究的“翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂”理念,成為國內(nèi)教育界備受關(guān)注的教育創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。然而國內(nèi)對“翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂”理念下教師的多元化角色研究還比較少,對外語課堂中教師的多元化角色研究更是少而又少。因此,本研究旨在探討翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂理念下基礎(chǔ)教育中學(xué)英語教師的多元化角色。本研究旨在回答以下兩個(gè)究問題:(1)師生所期待的教師角色與實(shí)踐中教師角色之間的差異是什么?(2)與傳統(tǒng)課堂相比,翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂理念下英語教師的角色定位是什么?本研究采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、問卷調(diào)查法、課堂觀摩法和師生訪談法等科學(xué)研究方法進(jìn)行探索。研究者利用在漢陰中學(xué),西安市第26中,西北工業(yè)大學(xué)附屬中學(xué)初高中部的實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)以及在陜西師范大學(xué)附屬中學(xué)分校的工作機(jī)會(huì),分別對這五所學(xué)校進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查、課堂觀察和師生訪談。通過以美國林地公園高中的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的實(shí)錄,對比中國傳統(tǒng)課堂教師角色,開展實(shí)驗(yàn)對比和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)研究,呈現(xiàn)了中學(xué)課堂教師角色的多元化。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):目前近80%的英語教師接受過新教育改革的學(xué)習(xí),但教師的實(shí)際角色轉(zhuǎn)換卻較為緩慢,甚至一些教師在學(xué)業(yè)成績的壓力下不敢突破傳統(tǒng)教育思想,因此教師單一的實(shí)際角色很難滿足新課程改革下學(xué)生所期待的多元化角色。而翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂通過現(xiàn)代教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體技術(shù)結(jié)合慕課,微課,計(jì)算機(jī)輔助教學(xué),APP網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)教學(xué)和虛擬教學(xué)共同體等現(xiàn)代教育模式“顛倒”了傳統(tǒng)師生“教與學(xué)”的關(guān)系,以“學(xué)生的學(xué)”在前,“教師的教”在后,驗(yàn)證了新時(shí)期教師角色的多元化。如:組織者,管理者,促進(jìn)者,鼓勵(lì)者,幫助者,咨詢者,交流者,課程發(fā)展者,家長代理者,實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新者等。本研究在翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的教育理念下,為教師提供了多元化角色的范式,闡釋了教師角色轉(zhuǎn)變的必要性和教師角色定位的新目標(biāo),為教師角色中出現(xiàn)的潛在問題提供了一些有效的教學(xué)策略和解決方案來改善教師在課堂教學(xué)過程中的行為,以此來提高課堂的教學(xué)效果和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Under the new educational concept of "people-oriented" and "serving for students' lifelong development", the role of teacher has gradually become the key to the success of educational reform. The Ministry of Education has implemented the reform of basic education. We should change the traditional mode of teacher-centered education and carry out the new curriculum reform and development concept of student-centered curriculum. Set up "people-oriented" socialist core values, based on students' independent cooperation to explore the concept of "flipping classroom". It has become a focus of educational innovation in China. However, there are few researches on teachers' diverse roles under the concept of "flipping classroom" in China. The research on teachers' diverse roles in foreign language classroom is less and less. The purpose of this study is to explore the pluralistic roles of English teachers in middle schools in basic education under the concept of flipping the classroom. What is the difference between the teacher's role and the teacher's role in practice? Compared with the traditional classroom, what is the role orientation of English teachers under the concept of flipping classroom? This study uses literature review, questionnaire survey, classroom observation and interviews between teachers and students to explore scientific research methods. The junior high school department of Northwest Polytechnic University and the job opportunities in the affiliated middle school of Shaanxi normal University conducted a questionnaire survey on the five schools. Classroom observation and interviews with teachers and students. By taking the record of the flipped classroom in American woodland park high school, this paper compares the roles of Chinese traditional classroom teachers, and carries out experimental comparison and mathematical statistical research. The study shows that nearly 80% English teachers have received the new education reform, but the actual role of teachers is relatively slow. Even some teachers dare not break through the traditional educational thought under the pressure of academic achievement. Therefore, it is very difficult for teachers to meet the diversified roles expected by students under the new curriculum reform, while the flipped classroom combines the curriculum, micro-teaching and computer-assisted teaching through modern educational network media technology. Modern educational models such as APP network platform teaching and virtual teaching community "reverse" the relationship between "teaching and learning" of traditional teachers and students, "students' learning" comes before "teacher's teaching". It verifies the diversity of teachers' roles in the new era, such as organizer, manager, promoter, motivator, helper, consultant, communicator, curriculum developer, parent agent. Under the concept of flipping classroom education, this study provides teachers with the paradigm of diverse roles, explains the necessity of teachers' role transformation and the new goal of teachers' role orientation. It provides some effective teaching strategies and solutions for the potential problems in the teacher's role to improve the teachers' behavior in the course of classroom teaching, so as to improve the teaching effect and quality.
