【摘要】:田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)是指通過一定的身體練習(xí),以發(fā)展學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)為基礎(chǔ),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自信心和意志品質(zhì)等為目標(biāo),使學(xué)生得到全面的發(fā)展。它是中學(xué)體育與健康課程的重要內(nèi)容,也是中學(xué)體育課程改革的重點(diǎn)。但田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)多以身體練習(xí)為主,傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)偏重技能的傳授,規(guī)范性的教學(xué)形式過于枯燥,單一的教學(xué)方法缺少創(chuàng)造性,導(dǎo)致學(xué)生對(duì)田徑內(nèi)容失去學(xué)習(xí)興趣,讓田徑項(xiàng)目成為中學(xué)體育課程中學(xué)生最難以接受的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容,不但對(duì)體育教學(xué)質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生影響,也不利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生終身體育意識(shí)。傳統(tǒng)的體育教學(xué)方法主要要求學(xué)生練習(xí)動(dòng)作和學(xué)會(huì)技能,特點(diǎn)是增加運(yùn)動(dòng)量,保障學(xué)生的安全,強(qiáng)行記憶,教師用灌輸式的方式通過講解示范、糾錯(cuò)進(jìn)行教學(xué),學(xué)生通過練習(xí)、模仿進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),教師畫地為牢,學(xué)生不越雷池,這種教師灌輸,學(xué)生被動(dòng)的死板式教學(xué),在體育課堂的特殊教學(xué)環(huán)境下,學(xué)生易分散注意力,很難將注意力集中。重組教學(xué)法是體育教學(xué)改革過程中通過實(shí)踐教學(xué)得來的,利用學(xué)生心理特點(diǎn),提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,并在潛移默化的過程中引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí),最大限度的利用已學(xué)知識(shí)和技能為后續(xù)的學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行服務(wù)。因此,本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法和實(shí)驗(yàn)等方法對(duì)重組教學(xué)法在中學(xué)田徑教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)法對(duì)比傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法與重組教學(xué)法的差異并得出結(jié)論:1.重組教學(xué)法的實(shí)驗(yàn)班學(xué)生的60米跨欄跑、挺身式跳遠(yuǎn)的技能成績、達(dá)標(biāo)成績明顯高于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法的對(duì)照班學(xué)生。2.重組教學(xué)法在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣方面優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法。3.重組教學(xué)法在中學(xué)田徑教學(xué)中比傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法更有利于激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性和自主探究的學(xué)習(xí)能力。4.重組教學(xué)法比傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法更有利增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的自信心和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Track and field sports refers to the development of students' physical quality through certain physical exercises, the development of students' self-confidence and will quality as the goal. It is an important content of physical education and health curriculum in middle school, and is also the focus of the reform of middle school physical education curriculum. However, track and field sports mainly focus on physical exercise, traditional teaching emphasis on the teaching of skills. The standardized teaching form is too dull, the single teaching method is lack of creativity, resulting in students losing interest in track and field content, so that track and field items become the most difficult for middle school students to accept the content of physical education. It not only affects the quality of physical education, but also does not help to cultivate students' consciousness of lifelong physical education. Traditional methods of physical education mainly require students to practice their movements and learn skills, which is characterized by increasing the amount of exercise. To ensure the safety of students, forced memory, teachers use the way to explain demonstration, error-correcting teaching, students through practice, imitation to learn, teachers draw a circle as a prison, students do not cross the thunderpool. This kind of teacher indoctrination, the student passive rigid teaching, in the special teaching environment of the physical education classroom, the student is easy to disperse the attention. It is very difficult to focus attention. The recombination teaching method is obtained through practical teaching in the process of physical education reform. It makes use of the psychological characteristics of students to improve students' interest in learning. And in the process of imperceptibly guiding students to learn autonomously, to maximize the use of the knowledge and skills learned for subsequent learning services. Therefore, this paper uses the method of literature. The application of recombination teaching method in track and field teaching in middle school is studied by questionnaire and experiment. The difference between the traditional teaching method and the recombination teaching method is compared with the experimental method and the conclusion is drawn: 1. The students of the experimental class of the recombination teaching method have the skills of 60 meters hurdle running and standing up long jump. The recombination teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method in cultivating students' interest in learning. 3. The recombination teaching method is more advantageous than the traditional teaching method in track and field teaching in middle school. The recombination teaching method is more advantageous than the traditional teaching method to enhance students' self-confidence and cultivate students' sense of team cooperation.
