生物學專業(yè)師范生教學能力現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:從2015年開始,我國全面推行教師資格證新政策,試行全國統(tǒng)考制度,獲取教師資格必須參加全國統(tǒng)考,打破了教師資格證終身制。改革以后,傳統(tǒng)"老三門"教育課程設置已經(jīng)不能滿足國考改革的需求,用人單位以實際的教學能力作為考核,師范生的優(yōu)勢受到了沖擊。為了提升教師培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,2014年教育部出臺《關于實施卓越教師培養(yǎng)計劃的意見》,針對教師培養(yǎng)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)和深層次問題進行改革,以培養(yǎng)品德高尚、專業(yè)知識扎實、教學能力突出的中小學教師。國家基礎教育改革及教師教育改革,對教師質(zhì)量提出了更高的要求,也對師范院校在師范生教學能力培養(yǎng)方面提出新的挑戰(zhàn)。本研究以《中學教師專業(yè)標準(試行)》和《教師教育課程標準(試行)》為研究的理論和實踐指導,自編調(diào)查問卷和訪談提綱,調(diào)查生物學專業(yè)師范生教學能力現(xiàn)狀。本文收集了 192份已參加教育實習生物學專業(yè)師范生的調(diào)查問卷及40份返校攻讀教育碩士的生物新教師的調(diào)查問卷和4份訪談記錄。對調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)及訪談記錄的整理和分析得出:(1)生物學專業(yè)師范生已經(jīng)具備一定的教學設計能力及基本的教學技能,能夠基本完成生物學教學工作。(2)在教育實習過程中,師范生暴露出了教學能力方面的不足之處:對教學重難點的把握不準確;課堂管理能力欠佳,過于關注自身而忽略對學生的關注;對班級管理能力沒有得到鍛煉;對生物實驗教學缺乏自信,生物實驗技能不熟練;教學反思意識不強,教育研究能力欠佳等。(3)分析師范生教學能力欠佳的可能原因是實習指導和準備不足,實習管理松散;教師教育課程設置與教學方法不當;中學實驗教學能力訓練不足;對教育實習缺乏積極性。部分師范院校通過改革傳統(tǒng)的師范生培養(yǎng)模式、優(yōu)化教師教育課程等方式進行教師教育改革,一定程度上提高了師范生教學能力。本文最后提出規(guī)范師范生實習管理、加強師范生實習指導、注重生物實驗教學能力訓練、改革教師教育課程的教學方式、注重實踐能力的培養(yǎng)等建議,以期在師范院校對生物學專業(yè)師范生教學能力培養(yǎng)改革方面有所參考。
[Abstract]:Since 2015, our country has carried out the new policy of teacher qualification certificate in an all-round way, tried out the national uniform examination system, obtained the teacher qualification must participate in the national examination, broke the lifelong system of teacher qualification certificate. After the reform. The traditional "three senior" educational courses can not meet the needs of the reform of the national examination. The employers take the actual teaching ability as the assessment, and the advantages of the normal students have been impacted, in order to improve the quality of teacher training. In 2014, the Ministry of Education issued "opinions on the implementation of the excellent teacher training Plan", aiming at the weak links and deep-seated problems of teacher training, in order to cultivate high moral character and solid professional knowledge. The teachers of primary and secondary schools with outstanding teaching ability, the reform of national basic education and the reform of teachers' education have put forward higher demands on the quality of teachers. This research takes the "Professional Standard for Middle School Teachers" and "Curriculum Standard for teacher Education (trial)" as the theoretical and practical guidance of the research. Self-designed questionnaire and interview outline. The present situation of teaching ability of normal college students majoring in biology is investigated. 192 questionnaires from normal students of biology major in education practice, 40 questionnaires from new biology teachers who returned to school to study for master of education, and 4 interview records. Data of questionnaire and interview records were collated. And analysis shows that:. (. 1) normal students of biology major already have certain teaching design ability and basic teaching skill. (2) in the process of teaching practice, normal students exposed the shortcomings of teaching ability: inaccurate grasp of the important and difficult points in teaching; The classroom management ability is not good enough to pay too much attention to oneself but neglects to pay attention to the student; The ability of class management has not been exercised; Lack of confidence in biology experiment teaching, biology experiment skill is not proficient; Teaching reflection consciousness is not strong, education and research ability is poor, etc.) the possible reasons for the poor teaching ability of normal school students are insufficient practice guidance and preparation, and loose practice management; Teachers' education curriculum and teaching methods are improper; Insufficient training of experimental teaching ability in middle school; Some normal colleges carry out teacher education reform by reforming the traditional normal students training mode and optimizing the teacher education curriculum. Finally, this paper proposes to standardize the practice management of normal college students, strengthen the practice guidance of normal students, pay attention to the training of biological experimental teaching ability, and reform the teaching methods of teacher education courses. Some suggestions such as practical ability training should be paid attention to in order to provide reference for the reform of teaching ability of normal college students majoring in biology.
