【摘要】：本文基于開展福建省高中高級(jí)職稱教師繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)五年的認(rèn)識(shí),對(duì)如何開展高質(zhì)量的教師培訓(xùn)、如何加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)課程體系建設(shè)、如何進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)培訓(xùn)模式和創(chuàng)造更好的培訓(xùn)環(huán)境等進(jìn)行了反思,提出了中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)的質(zhì)量與內(nèi)涵建設(shè)中值得探討的若干問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Based on the five years' understanding of continuing education and training for senior senior title teachers in Fujian Province, this paper discusses how to develop high-quality teacher training and how to strengthen the construction of training curriculum system. How to further improve the training mode and create a better training environment are reviewed, and some problems worth discussing in the quality and connotation construction of the training of primary and secondary school teachers are put forward.
