【摘要】：本文基于開展福建省高中高級職稱教師繼續(xù)教育培訓五年的認識,對如何開展高質(zhì)量的教師培訓、如何加強培訓課程體系建設、如何進一步改進培訓模式和創(chuàng)造更好的培訓環(huán)境等進行了反思,提出了中小學教師培訓的質(zhì)量與內(nèi)涵建設中值得探討的若干問題。
[Abstract]:Based on the five years' understanding of continuing education and training for senior senior title teachers in Fujian Province, this paper discusses how to develop high-quality teacher training and how to strengthen the construction of training curriculum system. How to further improve the training mode and create a better training environment are reviewed, and some problems worth discussing in the quality and connotation construction of the training of primary and secondary school teachers are put forward.
