【摘要】：高校教師職稱評(píng)聘是高校管理體制改革的重要環(huán)節(jié),關(guān)系到教師個(gè)人成長、高等教育質(zhì)量以及國家科研工作。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析20所"985工程"高校教師職稱評(píng)聘細(xì)則,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前我國高校教師職稱評(píng)聘呈現(xiàn)出以下特點(diǎn):評(píng)聘標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方式二分,"評(píng)聘分離"將是未來趨勢(shì);學(xué)歷"門檻"規(guī)則,海外經(jīng)歷由"優(yōu)先"變?yōu)?必須";教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)低,"合格即可"趨勢(shì)明顯;科研比重增加,國際刊物發(fā)表論文漸成重要指標(biāo);縱向課題是主流標(biāo)準(zhǔn),橫向課題及教研課題可合理折算等。
[Abstract]:The evaluation and employment of university teachers' professional titles is an important link in the reform of university management system, which relates to the personal growth of teachers, the quality of higher education and the national scientific research work. Through statistical analysis of the rules for the evaluation of teachers' professional titles in 20 "985 projects", it is found that at present, the evaluation of teachers' titles in colleges and universities in our country has the following characteristics: the standard and method of evaluation and employment are two points, "separation of evaluation and employment" will be the future trend; The "threshold" rule of education, overseas experience from "priority" to "must", teaching standards are low, "qualified" trend is obvious, the proportion of scientific research has increased, international publications published papers gradually become an important index; Longitudinal project is the mainstream standard, horizontal project and teaching and research topics can be reasonably converted and so on.
