在真核細(xì)胞內(nèi)主要存在兩種蛋白降解系統(tǒng),自噬—溶酶體系統(tǒng)和泛素—蛋白酶體系統(tǒng)(UPS),對(duì)維持蛋白穩(wěn)態(tài)至關(guān)重要。本文綜述了自噬—溶酶體系統(tǒng)和UPS的組成、功能、相互作用、功能相關(guān)性以及與腫瘤的關(guān)系,其作為藥物靶標(biāo)的可行性,對(duì)于未來(lái)腫瘤靶向藥物的研制具有重要的指導(dǎo)作用,同時(shí)對(duì)于全面理解自噬—溶酶體系統(tǒng)和UPS的功能和機(jī)制也有重要的參考價(jià)值。
