【摘要】：隨著細胞毒性化療藥物、靶向藥物的臨床應用增多,腫瘤相關的死亡率逐年下降,而抗腫瘤治療相關的血管毒性也隨之而來,引起如高血壓、肺動脈高壓、典型及不典型胸痛、急性冠狀動脈綜合征等一系列問題。因此,本綜述旨在對目前細胞毒性藥物、分子靶向治療藥物血管毒性的相關研究加以歸納。
[Abstract]:With the increase of cytotoxic chemotherapeutic drugs, the clinical application of targeted drugs increases, tumor related mortality decreases year by year, and the vascular toxicity associated with antitumor therapy also follows, resulting in hypertension, pulmonary hypertension, typical and atypical chest pain. Acute coronary syndrome and a series of problems. Therefore, this review aims to summarize the current studies on vascular toxicity of cytotoxic drugs and molecular targeted drugs.
