文章摘要：缺氧微環(huán)境是實(shí)體腫瘤的重要特征。在缺氧條件下,腫瘤細(xì)胞會(huì)分泌多種血管生長因子以促進(jìn)異常血管的形成。同時(shí)為了尋找更佳適宜的土壤,腫瘤細(xì)胞的侵襲與轉(zhuǎn)移能力也會(huì)得到進(jìn)一步的提高。此外,缺氧微環(huán)境對腫瘤細(xì)胞具有篩選作用,使腫瘤的惡性程度進(jìn)一步提高,導(dǎo)致腫瘤細(xì)胞對化療藥物或放射治療不敏感。由此可見,缺氧微環(huán)境是腫瘤的不良預(yù)后的重要因素。相較于腫瘤組織,正常組織中很少存在缺氧區(qū)域,所以缺氧微環(huán)境也為腫瘤的靶向治療提供了有利條件。本文就缺氧微環(huán)境的成因、與腫瘤的相互關(guān)系和干預(yù)策略等進(jìn)行綜述,以期為靶向腫瘤缺氧微環(huán)境的治療提供一些理論依據(jù)。

Abstr：Anoxic microenvironment is one of the most important characters of solid tumors. In the condition of hypoxia, tumor cells can secrete many kinds of vascular growth factors to promote the formation of abnormal blood vessels. Meanwhile, the invasive and metastatic abilities of tumor cells could also be greatly improved with the purpose of seeking better suitable soil. Furthermore, the hypoxic microenvironment has a screening effect on tumor cells, and the degree of malignancy of tumors will be increased, and then, tumor cells will not be sensitive to chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Therefore, the hypoxic microenvironment is an adverse prognostic factor for tumors. Anoxia condition is rarely observed in normal tissues compared with that of tumor tissues. Hence, the hypoxic microenvironment also provides treatment opportunities to use drugs that selectively target hypoxic regions within solid tumors. This paper summarizes the causes of hypoxic microenvironment, its relationship between tumors, and the benefits of intervention, hoping to provide some reference for the development of therapeutic measures aiming at hypoxic microenvironment.
