【摘要】：正鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)的臨床癥狀、體征復(fù)雜多變,具有惡性程度高、頸部淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移早、遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移發(fā)生率高等臨床特點(diǎn)。隨著影像學(xué)、放療技術(shù)的進(jìn)步以及化療在局部晚期NPC患者中的應(yīng)用,其生存率得到了明顯的提高,但治療后局部復(fù)發(fā)和遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移仍然是NPC治療失敗的主要原因。目前NPC的預(yù)后預(yù)測(cè)主要是依據(jù)美國(guó)癌癥聯(lián)合委員會(huì)(American Joint Cancer Committee,AJCC)制定的TNM(tumor-node metastasis)分期系統(tǒng)。然而有研究報(bào)道即使是同一分期的患者,其預(yù)后也可能會(huì)有顯著差異。因此,篩選出有效并能準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測(cè)NPC預(yù)后的因素,對(duì)制定個(gè)體化
[Abstract]:The clinical symptoms and signs of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) are complex and changeable, with high degree of malignancy, early cervical lymph node metastasis and high incidence of distant metastasis. With the development of imaging, radiotherapy and the application of chemotherapy in local advanced NPC patients, the survival rate has been significantly improved, but local recurrence and distant metastasis are still the main reasons for the failure of NPC treatment. At present, the prognosis of NPC is mainly based on the TNM (tumor-node metastasis) staging system developed by the American Joint Cancer Committee (AJCC). However, studies have reported significant differences in prognosis even in patients with the same staging. Therefore, the factors that can predict the prognosis of NPC effectively and accurately are screened out.
