腹腔鏡輔助直腸癌根治術中無瘤技術的護理配合

Objective To investigate the main points of nursing the patients undergoing laparoscopy-assisted radical resection of rectal cancer by tumor-free technique. Method The clinical data of 67 patients who underwent laparoscopy-assisted radical resection of rectal cancer by free-tumor technique between November 2008 and December 2009 were studied retrospectively and the main points of nursing cooperation was summarized. Results All the operations were performed successfully. The mean operation time and postoperative hospital stay were 2.0-4.5 hours,averaged(3.2 ± 0.4) hours,and 9-14 days,averaged(11.2 ± 1.8) days,respectively. All patients were followed up for 15-28 months,averaged(17.8 ± 2.6) months. 1 patient had liver metastasis after 19 months and eusemia after resection of the foci and assisted chemotherapy. The rest had no metastasis and cancer cell implantation. Conclusion The nursing cooperation during operation of tumor-free technique for laparoscopy-assisted radical resection of rectal cancer can effectively reduce the iatrogenic spread of cancer cells and improve the quality of life and survival rate of patients.
