目的:通過(guò)3種方法建立昆明小鼠睪丸炎動(dòng)物模型,比較各模型建立方法的成功率和穩(wěn)定性并觀察睪丸炎性體活化情況,為睪丸炎相關(guān)研究提供可靠的模型。方法:40只成年雄性昆明小鼠隨機(jī)平均分為4組,假手術(shù)組、腹腔注射脂多糖組（腹腔LPS組）、手術(shù)單側(cè)睪丸注射冰醋酸組（睪丸冰醋酸組）、手術(shù)單側(cè)睪丸注射脂多糖組（睪丸LPS組）。使用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助精液分析（CASA）檢測(cè)附睪精子濃度及運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù),HE染色觀察睪丸組織的病理改變, Western印跡檢測(cè)NLRP3炎性體活化相關(guān)蛋白Caspase-1、白介素1β（IL-1β）表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果:與假手術(shù)組附睪內(nèi)精子濃度[（28.20±1.63）×10⁶/ml]相比,腹腔LPS組[（25.74±3.19）×10⁶/ml]、睪丸冰醋酸組[（17.16±4.41）×10⁶/ml]和睪丸LPS組[（16.92±7.13）×10⁶/ml]明顯降低（P<0.05或P<0.01）,且腹腔LPS組與睪丸LPS組之間差異顯著（P<0.01）。與假手術(shù)組附睪內(nèi)前向運(yùn)動(dòng)精子百分率[（5...
