發(fā)育肺炎癥損傷和信號傳導(dǎo)途徑的研究

研究背景: 炎癥反應(yīng)的產(chǎn)生是哺乳動物對感染和非感染因素的重要保護(hù)機(jī)制。肺部許多疾病都出現(xiàn)不同程度的肺炎癥反應(yīng),其發(fā)病機(jī)制除致病因子(微生物感染、胎糞吸入、氣壓傷、高氧等)直接作用,還通過激活細(xì)胞和體液因素,引起肺組織甚至全身過激或失控炎癥反應(yīng)-生物損傷(Biotrauma),導(dǎo)致急性肺損傷(ALI)。肺炎癥反應(yīng)在肺疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展以及轉(zhuǎn)歸中起重要作用。肺炎癥的發(fā)病機(jī)制與多種細(xì)胞因子介導(dǎo)的一系列免疫反應(yīng)有關(guān)。新生兒期的許多疾病都出現(xiàn)不同程度的肺炎癥反應(yīng),其嚴(yán)重程度常常決定疾病的發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)歸。新生兒呼吸窘迫綜合征(Rospiratory distress syndrome,RDS)是早產(chǎn)兒常見危重癥,其發(fā)病機(jī)理除肺表面活性物質(zhì)缺乏,還由于氧中毒、氣壓傷、容量傷及微生物感染,最終發(fā)展為慢性肺疾病(Chronic lung disease, CLD)。肺炎癥反應(yīng)在RDS和CLD的發(fā)病機(jī)理中占重要地位。隨著新生兒救治技術(shù)的不斷提高,RDS和CLD的發(fā)生率和病死率也隨之增加,已成為兒科的一個重要疾病。 肺泡巨噬細(xì)胞(AM)是肺炎癥反應(yīng)的起始,是炎性介質(zhì)和細(xì)胞因子的最初來源。肺組織細(xì)胞如氣道...
