淡色庫蚊中溴氰菊酯和生物丙烯菊酯抗性發(fā)展與擊倒抗性基因頻率之間的關(guān)系(英文)

使用溴氰菊酯和生物丙烯菊酯對采自北京的淡色庫蚊蚊株進(jìn)行抗藥性篩選,篩選時,4齡幼蟲被置于LC50濃度值的水體中飼養(yǎng)。經(jīng)過7代的不間斷篩選,蚊蟲對溴氰菊酯和生物丙烯菊酯的抗性倍數(shù)分別上升了12.9倍和4.8倍,對應(yīng)敏感株,抗性倍數(shù)分別為217.8倍和41.6倍。PCR檢測結(jié)果顯示,kdr抗性基因的頻率在逐代上升。F7代時,溴氰菊酯篩選株和生物丙烯菊酯篩選株的kdr抗性基因頻率已分別上升至98.96%和97.87%。結(jié)果表明,Phe1014的抗性純合子頻率和抗性雜合子頻率均與LC50值之間具有顯著相關(guān)性。本文證明了高濃度的擬除蟲菊酯殺蟲劑篩選會使Phe1014突變頻率快速的上升。
