    前言：目的調(diào)查我室常規(guī)檢測生化項目實驗方法的線性程度,探討多項式評價線性在實驗醫(yī)學中的應用。方法根據(jù)多項式線性評價方法,利用統(tǒng)計軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)擬合,結(jié)合臨床目標判斷數(shù)據(jù)精密度和線性程度。結(jié)果不同項目的線性判定結(jié)果不盡相同。結(jié)論線性評估可有效保證實驗方法準確、可靠;多項式線性評價方法充分利用統(tǒng)計理論,結(jié)合臨床可科學評價實驗方法線性程度。
    Objective To investigate the linear degree of the routine biochemical items of our laboratory. Methods According to polynomial linear evaluation method,we found the best-fit polynomial of the data making use of statistical software,then estimated the imprecision and linear degree of the data combined with the clinical goals.
