文章摘要：根據(jù)實驗教學(xué)的特點,用Photoshop等應(yīng)用軟件制作了“革蘭染色法觀察細(xì)菌形態(tài)和染色性”和“腸道病原菌的分離鑒定”兩個網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬實驗.根據(jù)實驗中學(xué)生需著重掌握的操作技術(shù)和易出錯的操作環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)置障礙;根據(jù)學(xué)生需掌握的操作技術(shù)的重要性評分;設(shè)置后臺自動記分和反饋意見.將制作的虛擬實驗應(yīng)用于實驗課、學(xué)生課后復(fù)習(xí)、實驗考核.學(xué)生和教師使用后普遍認(rèn)為該虛擬實驗?zāi)苷鎸嵉卣宫F(xiàn)實驗的全過程,能幫助操作者記住實驗操作的要點,有趣味性.用于實驗考核與實際操作考核結(jié)果比較無顯著差異（P＞0.05）.因此,醫(yī)學(xué)微生物學(xué)虛擬試驗軟件應(yīng)用于實驗教學(xué)取得了較好效果.

Abstr：Based on the experiment teaching characteristics,the authors have made two virtual experiments of used in the experimental teaching.The software of observing the shapes and chromaticity of bacteria used the gram＇s staining method,and the isolation and identification of intestinal pathogenic bacteria by using Photoshop and other application software.According to the operation technique which must be emphasized for students and be easy awry in experiment,some barriers were installed.According to the significance of the technique in operation,a score-evaluation system was designed.It can automatic score and feedback opinion.The two files of software were used in the experimental teaching,students＇ review after experiment and exams of the experimental teaching.The students and teachers considered generally that the two files of virtual software can emerge veritably the all process of its experiment,and help the operators to remember the operated points of the experiment.They were interesting.The barriers setup in the virtual software almost were middle degree of difficulty.The result of use of software was compared with the practical operation,and it was not significant deviation （P ＞ 0.05）.Virtual software of medical microbiology can get the better effectiveness in the experimental teaching.
