摘要：

以南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)實驗教學(xué)示范中心的實踐為例，闡述了開放實驗室建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗。該中心以實驗教學(xué)模塊化、教學(xué)內(nèi)容層次化整合實驗教學(xué)內(nèi)容，采用E-learning平臺、PBL教學(xué)法和本科生導(dǎo)師制提高實驗教學(xué)效果，建立了專項基金和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理系統(tǒng)以保障開放實驗室的長期運(yùn)行，，取得了很好的效果。
