目的探討短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作（transient ischemic attack, TIA）患者和缺血性腦卒中（ischemic stroke, IS）患者血清miR-23b-3p的水平變化。方法選取常州市第一人民醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科2017年8月～2019年4月收治的156例IS患者,71例TIA患者和85例常規(guī)體檢的健康對照者納入研究。采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR（quantitative reverse-transcription PCR, qRT-PCR）技術(shù)檢測受試者血清miR-23b-3p水平并分析相關(guān)生化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果與健康對照組相比,IS組（t=4.517,P<0.001）及TIA患者組（t=2.728, P<0.001）血清miR-23b-3p水平均顯著升高,且IS組高于TIA患者組（t=3.364,P=0.043）。此外,重度IS組miR-23b-3p水平明顯高于中度IS（t=1.212,P=0.034）和輕度IS組（t=4.931, P<0.001）,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。相關(guān)性分析顯示IS患者血清miR-23b-3p水平與美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表（National ...
