Nrf2在神經(jīng)退行性疾病中的作用

核因子E2相關(guān)因子2(nuclear facter erythroid 2-related facter 2, Nrf2)是細(xì)胞中抗氧化轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,在機(jī)體內(nèi)起到重要的抗氧化作用。研究表明,Nrf2可以通過(guò)抑制氧化應(yīng)激,降低神經(jīng)炎癥及改善線粒體功能等作用,緩解神經(jīng)退行性疾病。本文就Nrf2的結(jié)構(gòu)及其在神經(jīng)退行性疾病中的作用進(jìn)行綜述,以期為神經(jīng)退行性疾病的防治策略提供新思路。
