NPT系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練對腦卒中患者平衡及運(yùn)動功能的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察氣阻系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練與NPT系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練對腦卒中患者平衡及運(yùn)動功能的影響。方法 2014年6月至2016年2月,本科腦卒中偏癱患者44例隨機(jī)分為對照組(n=22)和實(shí)驗(yàn)組(n=22)。對照組采用常規(guī)臥位軀干肌訓(xùn)練和坐位氣阻訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練;實(shí)驗(yàn)組利用NPT系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練。治療前后采用Fugl-Meyer評定量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)、下肢部分(FMA-LE),以及Berg平衡量表(BBS)評定患者運(yùn)動和平衡功能。結(jié)果兩組治療前FMA-UE評分、FMA-LE評分、BBS評分均無顯著性差異(t0.962,P0.05),治療后兩組各評分均顯著提高(t12.248,P0.001),且實(shí)驗(yàn)組高于對照組(t1.972,P0.05)。結(jié)論 NPT系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練可提高腦卒中偏癱患者的運(yùn)動和平衡功能,效果優(yōu)于氣阻系統(tǒng)訓(xùn)練。
