【摘要】：目的探討丹參多酚酸鹽聯(lián)合燈盞生脈膠囊對缺血性腦卒中患者神經(jīng)功能缺損程度及血液流變學(xué)的影響,以及臨床療效的評價。方法選取72例缺血性腦卒中患者,依據(jù)建檔順序分為燈盞生脈組和對照組,各36例。對照組采用常規(guī)治療加丹參多酚酸鹽的治療方案,燈盞生脈組在對照組質(zhì)量方案上加用燈盞生脈膠囊,兩組均持續(xù)治療14 d。統(tǒng)計對比兩組臨床療效、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率及治療前后神經(jīng)功能缺損評分(NIHSS)、日常生活能力評分(BI)、血液流變學(xué)指標(纖維蛋白原、紅細胞壓積、血漿黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度)水平變化情況。結(jié)果兩組治療前NIHSS評分及BI評分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療后燈盞生脈組NIHSS評分低于對照組,BI評分高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);燈盞生脈組治療有效率91.67%(33/36)高于對照組72.22%(26/36),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組治療前纖維蛋白原、紅細胞壓積、血漿黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度水平比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療后燈盞生脈組各指標水平低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);燈盞生脈組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率8.33%(3/36)與對照組13.87%(5/36)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論聯(lián)合采用丹參多酚酸鹽及燈盞生脈膠囊治療缺血性腦卒中效果顯著,可有效改善患者神經(jīng)功能及日常生活能力、血液流變學(xué),提高治療效果,且安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols combined with Erigeron Shengmai capsule on the degree of neurological deficit and hemorheology in patients with ischemic stroke, and to evaluate the clinical effect. Methods 72 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into Erigeron breviscapus Shengmai group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The control group was treated with routine treatment plus salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols, and the group with Erigeron breviscapus Shengmai capsule was added to the quality scheme of the control group for 14 days. The clinical efficacy, the incidence of adverse reactions and the changes of (BI), hemorheological indexes (fibrinogen, hematocrit, plasma viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results there was no significant difference in NIHSS score and BI score between the two groups before treatment (P 0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score of Erigeron breviscapus Shengmai group was lower than that of the control group, and the BI score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05).
