子瘤對(duì)腦動(dòng)脈瘤破裂風(fēng)險(xiǎn)影響的血流動(dòng)力學(xué)研究
[Abstract]:In order to elucidate the hemodynamic mechanism of subtumor on the risk of cerebral aneurysm rupture, the CT image information of patients with and without subtumor was obtained for three-dimensional reconstruction, and two kinds of 3D models, bearing tumor model and non-subtumor model, were obtained. The hemodynamic calculation method was used to calculate the results by Fluent software. The results show that the hemodynamic parameters of the two models-internal flow field and wall shear stress (WSS), shear stress shock factor (OSI), particle retention time (RRT), are obtained and compared and analyzed. The difference between the results of the tumor model and the model without the tumor is obtained, and the influence of the tumor model on the development mechanism of the model is obtained. The results showed that the internal flow field of the model with subtumor was more unstable and the WSS was lower (the maximum WSS of the model without tumor was 9.5 Pa, and the maximum value of WSS of the model with tumor was 6 Pa);). At the same time, the area of high OSI in the model with tumor was larger than that in the model without tumor. The high RRT area of the subtumor model was much larger than that of the non-subtumor model, which indicated that the internal blood flow direction of the tumor with subtumor was disordered and thrombus was more likely to occur. Therefore, the OSI and RRT of the tumor model were generally higher than those of the WSS model. According to the model with tumor, the difference of internal flow field is as follows: low WSS, high OSI and high RRT, which have great influence on the growth and development of aneurysm, at the same time, it is shown that WSS,OSI,RRT is an effective index to judge the rupture of aneurysm, which is of great significance to the study of the mechanism of rupture of cerebral aneurysm.
