【摘要】：正神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)副腫瘤綜合征(paraneoplastic syndromes,PNS)指部分惡性腫瘤患者在未發(fā)生腫瘤直接轉(zhuǎn)移和浸潤的情況下,即造成神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)包括腦、脊髓、周圍神經(jīng)、神經(jīng)肌肉接頭及肌肉病變,而引起復(fù)雜多樣的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)功能障礙,臨床極易導(dǎo)致漏診和誤診�，F(xiàn)將我科近5a來收治的22例本病患者的臨床資料總結(jié)如下。
[Abstract]:Positive nervous system paratumor syndrome (paraneoplastic syndromes,PNS) refers to some malignant tumor patients without direct tumor metastasis and invasion, that is, the nervous system, including brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerve, neuromuscular junction and muscle lesions, resulting in complex nervous system dysfunction, which is easy to lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. The clinical data of 22 patients with this disease who have been treated in our department in recent 5 years are summarized as follows.
