【摘要】：目的探討尼莫地平藥物在老年腦血管病患者的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法選取收治的68例老年腦血管疾病患者作為研究對(duì)象,按入院編號(hào)隨機(jī)選取34例設(shè)為觀察組,采用尼莫地平治療,選取另外34例患者設(shè)為對(duì)照組,采用常規(guī)方法治療。兩組患者均進(jìn)行一個(gè)療程治療后,對(duì)比觀察組和對(duì)照組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果 1觀察組患者療后NIHSS評(píng)分(26.7±7.5)分與對(duì)照組(39.9±5.7)分相比較明顯較低,P0.05;2觀察組患者治療總有效率91.2%與對(duì)照組70.6%相比明顯較高,P0.05;3觀察組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率5.8%與對(duì)照組29.3%相比明顯較低,P0.05。結(jié)論尼莫地平應(yīng)用到老年腦血管疾病治療中,能有效改善患者神經(jīng)功能,提高患者治療效果,減少不良反應(yīng),更加安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of nimodipine in elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseases were selected as the subjects of study. According to the admission number, 34 patients were randomly selected as the observation group, treated with nimodipine, and the other 34 patients were selected as the control group. After a course of treatment, the therapeutic effects of the observation group and the control group were compared. Results 1 the NIHSS score of the patients in the observation group (26.7 鹵7.5) was significantly lower than that in the control group (39.9 鹵5.7), and the score of P0.05 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (39.9 鹵5.7). 2the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.2%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.6%). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.8%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (29.3%). Conclusion Nimodipine can effectively improve the neurological function, improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the adverse reactions, and be more safe and reliable in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases in the elderly.
