【摘要】：目的研究腦梗死應(yīng)用阿托伐他汀與苯磺酸氨氯地平聯(lián)合治療的效果。方法將腦梗死患者66例隨機(jī)分為A組與B組各33例。A組予以常規(guī)治療加苯磺酸氨氯地平,B組在A組治療基礎(chǔ)上加用阿托伐他汀,比較2組療效。結(jié)果治療后B組的血清總膽固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)明顯低于A組(P0.05),日常生活能力量表(activity of daily life scale,ADL)評(píng)分明顯高于A組而美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)評(píng)分明顯低于A組(P0.05);B組總有效率為93.94%,明顯高于A組的78.79%(P0.05)。A組11例治愈,10例顯效,5例有效,7例無效,總有效率為78.79%。B組24例治愈,4例顯效,3例有效,2例無效,總有效率為93.94%。B組的有效率明顯高于A組(χ2=8.501,P=0.0030.05)。結(jié)論阿托伐他汀與苯磺酸氨氯地平聯(lián)合治療腦梗死能夠調(diào)節(jié)血脂代謝、改善神經(jīng)功能缺損及生活活動(dòng)能力、提高臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of Atto vastatin combined with amlodipine benzenesulfonate in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 66 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into group A (n = 33) and group B (n = 33). Group A was treated with routine therapy plus amlodipine benzenesulfonate, group B was treated with Atto vastatin on the basis of group A, and the curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, serum total cholesterol (Total cholesterol,TC), triglyceride (triglyceride,TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C) in group B were significantly lower than those in group A (P0.05). The activity of daily living scale (activity of daily life scale,) was significantly lower in group B than in group A (P0.05). The scores of ADL were significantly higher in group A than those in group A, while the scores of (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS in NIH stroke scale were significantly lower than those in group A (P0.05). The total effective rate of group B was 93.94%, which was significantly higher than that of group A (78.79%) (P0.05:). A group: 11 cases were cured, 10 cases were significantly effective, 5 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 78.79%, 24 cases in group B were cured, 4 cases were significantly effective. The total effective rate in group B was 93.94%. The effective rate in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (蠂 2 = 8.501, P = 0.0030.05). Conclusion Atto vastatin combined with amlodipine benzenesulfonate in the treatment of cerebral infarction can regulate blood lipid metabolism, improve neurological impairment and activity of life, and improve the clinical efficacy.
