基于磁共振波譜的中樞神經(jīng)疾病知識庫的設(shè)計和應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Central nervous system diseases, such as brain tumor, Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment, seriously harm the function of human nervous system, and they are common diseases that affect the life span and quality of life of human beings. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) provides clear and direct three-dimensional anatomical images of human organs and tissues. It is one of the main imaging diagnostic methods for evaluating abnormal brain lesions. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) non-invasively provides changes in metabolite content prior to structural lesions, which is a useful supplement to MRI. It is of great significance for the early diagnosis and classification of above-mentioned diseases of the nervous system. With the increasing application of MRS in clinical diagnosis, the construction of data sharing and assistant diagnosis platform for MRI and MRS has been paid more and more attention. This paper focuses on brain tumors, Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment, and uses MySQL to set up a database to store and manage patients' basic information, MRI,MRS and other medical data. The knowledge base system of central nervous system based on magnetic resonance spectroscopy was developed by Java. The system includes five modules, such as patient medical record query and management, report form display, magnetic resonance image, magnetic resonance spectrum, user information management, etc., which provides patient information query, MRI and its attribute label viewing and downloading. MRS quantitative results show and download, MRS and MRI location registration and spatial visualization functions, for doctors, researchers, administrators and other needs of different permissions. The work of this paper provides an effective tool for doctors' disease diagnosis and research implementation, promotes the process of medical data sharing and automated diagnosis, and promotes the academic exchange between clinical and scientific research. As the research continues, a better system will provide further effective support for the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system diseases and other diseases.
