蝦青素在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病防治中的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:目的總結(jié)分析蝦青素在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病防治中的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)展。方法通過用"蝦青素"、"中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病"等關(guān)鍵詞對(duì)CNKI、PUBMED數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)檢索,分析蝦青素的生物學(xué)功能及其對(duì)中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病防治的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果。結(jié)果蝦青素屬于類胡蘿卜素類植物化學(xué)物,多項(xiàng)動(dòng)物和細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)其可穿過血腦屏障,且對(duì)蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血、外傷性腦損傷、脊髓損傷、阿爾茲海默病、帕金森綜合征等有防治作用。結(jié)論蝦青素對(duì)多種急、慢性中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病具有潛在的防治作用,有較好的臨床應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize and analyze the progress of astaxanthin in the prevention and treatment of central nervous system diseases. Methods We searched the CNKI,PUBMED database by using the keywords of astaxanthin and central nervous system disease, and analyzed the biological function of astaxanthin and the results of the experimental study on the prevention and treatment of the disease of the central nervous system. Results Astaxanthin belongs to carotenoid phytochemicals. Many animal and cell experiments have found that astaxanthin can cross the blood-brain barrier and can cause subarachnoid hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Alzheimer's disease, and subarachnoid hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Alzheimer's disease. Parkinson's syndrome and so on have the prevention and cure effect. Conclusion Astaxanthin has potential preventive and therapeutic effects on many kinds of acute and chronic central nervous system diseases and has a good clinical application prospect.
