【摘要】：目的:探討基質金屬蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及其組織抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)與青年癲癇患者全面強直陣攣發(fā)作的關系。方法:對50例我院神經內科15~28歲的癲癇患者全面強直陣攣發(fā)作后3、6、12 h分別測定其血漿MMP-9、TIMP-1的水平,并與年齡匹配的穩(wěn)定對照組、健康對照組比較。結果 :青年癲癇全面強直陣攣發(fā)作后3、6、12 h血清MMP-9水平為(64.69±15.23)、(90.21±22.74)、(67.51±18.36)μg/L,均高于穩(wěn)定對照組[(44.27±13.55)μg/L]及健康對照組[(42.24±13.63)μg/L],差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),在發(fā)病6 h時最高;MMP-9/TIMP-1比值表現同樣結果;發(fā)作組TIMP-1水平雖高于兩對照組(均P0.05),但在發(fā)作后3、6、12 h各時間點差異并無顯著意義(均P0.05)。發(fā)作持續(xù)時間越長,MMP-9表達越高(均P0.05),且抗癲癇藥物使用與否不影響MMP-9/TIMP-1的表達(P0.05)。結論:青年癲癇患者發(fā)作后MMP-9/TIMP-1失衡,可能主要由于MMP-9的表達增高,而MMP-9水平與發(fā)作持續(xù)時間呈正相關,且不受抗癲癇藥物影響。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) and generalized tonic clonic seizures in young patients with epilepsy. Methods: plasma MMP-9,TIMP-1 levels were measured in 50 epileptic patients aged 15 and 28 years old at 3, 6 and 12 h after seizure, and compared with age-matched stable control group and healthy control group. Results: the serum MMP-9 levels were (64.69 鹵15.23), (90.21 鹵22.74), (67.51 鹵18.36) 渭 g / L at 3,6,12 hours after the onset of epilepsy. It was higher than that of the stable control group [(44.27 鹵13.55) 渭 g / L] and the healthy control group [(42.24 鹵13.63) 渭 g / L], the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the highest was at the 6th hour after the onset of the disease. The level of TIMP-1 in the attack group was higher than that in the two control groups (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference at 3, 6 and 12 hours after the onset of the attack (all P0.05). The MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio was similar to that in the control group (P 0.05). The longer the attack duration, the higher the expression of MMP-9 (P0.05), and the use of antiepileptic drugs did not affect the expression of MMP-9/TIMP-1 (P0.05). Conclusion: the imbalance of MMP-9/TIMP-1 in young epileptic patients after seizure may be mainly due to the increased expression of MMP-9, and the level of MMP-9 is positively correlated with the duration of seizure and is not affected by antiepileptic drugs.
