【摘要】：目的:觀察推拿配合心理療法治療緊張性頭痛的作用。方法:將2016年2月-2017年2月在新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)中醫(yī)醫(yī)院收集的120例緊張性頭痛患者分為3組,即單純推拿組、單純心理治療組、推拿配合心理治療組,每組各40例。結(jié)果:通過兩周的治療,推拿配合心理治療組效果明顯優(yōu)于單純推拿組、單純心理治療組(P0.05);推拿配合心理治療組頭痛程度評(píng)分、持續(xù)時(shí)間明顯低于單純推拿組、單純心理治療組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:推拿治療緊張性頭痛具有明顯的作用,以推拿治療配合心理干預(yù)可取得良好的治療效果,值得在臨床上推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of massage combined with psychotherapy on tension headache. Methods: 120 patients with tension headache collected in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were divided into three groups: simple massage group, simple psychological treatment group, massage combined with psychological treatment group (40 cases in each group). Results: after two weeks of treatment, the effect of massage combined with psychological therapy group was obviously better than that of simple massage group and simple psychological treatment group (P0.05). The scores of headache degree and duration of massage combined with psychological therapy group were significantly lower than those of simple massage group and simple psychological treatment group (P0.05). Conclusion: massage has obvious effect in the treatment of tension headache. Massage combined with psychological intervention can achieve good therapeutic effect, and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
