【摘要】：正帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是中老年人常見的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)變性疾病,以靜止性震顫、動(dòng)作遲緩、肌強(qiáng)直、姿勢(shì)障礙等癥狀為主要臨床特點(diǎn)。姿勢(shì)控制能力的下降使帕金森病患者身體搖擺增加、姿勢(shì)不穩(wěn)、協(xié)調(diào)能力下降,其中姿勢(shì)不穩(wěn)是一個(gè)高度致殘的癥狀并隨著帕金森病的進(jìn)展變得越來越嚴(yán)重~([1]),已被確定為跌倒的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素之一~([2—3])。帕金森病患者跌倒的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是一般健康人群的2倍,約64%的帕金
[Abstract]:Positive Parkinson's disease (Parkinson's disease,PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease in the middle and old people. It is characterized by static tremor, retarded movement, myotonia and postural disorders. The decline of postural control ability increases the body swaying, posture instability and coordination ability of Parkinson's disease patients, in which postural instability is a highly disabling symptom and becomes more and more serious as Parkinson's disease progresses.
