【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,54歲,因"頭暈走路不穩(wěn)7d,言語不清左耳聽力下降3d",于2014-10-23入我科。入院前7d因勞累出現(xiàn)頭暈、視物旋轉(zhuǎn),走路不穩(wěn),踩棉花感,未予治療,癥狀無緩解。入院前3d出現(xiàn)左耳聽力明顯下降、言語含混。病后飲水略有嗆咳,無視物雙影,無抽搐及意識障礙。既往病史:高血壓病程4a,規(guī)律服用降壓藥,平素血壓控制尚可。2次腦梗死史,分別于2013-02頭MRI提示右側(cè)
[Abstract]:A 54-year-old male with clinical data was admitted to our department from 2014-10-23 due to "dizziness and unsteady walking for 7 days, and hearing loss of left ear for 3 days". Seven days before admission, there were dizziness, rotation of visual objects, unstable walking, cotton feeling, untreated, and no remission of symptoms. Three days before admission, left ear hearing was significantly decreased and speech was ambiguous. After the disease, drinking a little choking cough, ignoring the double shadow, no convulsions and disturbance of consciousness. Past history: hypertension course 4 a, regular use of antihypertensive drugs, average blood pressure control. 2 cerebral infarction history, respectively in 2013-02 MRI hint right
