【摘要】：目的探討Hp感染對(duì)帕金森病患者運(yùn)動(dòng)水平的影響,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2014年5月-2016年5月醫(yī)院住院治療的帕金森病患者96例,根據(jù)是否發(fā)生感染將患者分為Hp感染組51例和非Hp感染組45例,治療13周后,比較兩組患者的總體療效、運(yùn)動(dòng)水平。結(jié)果 Hp感染組患者顯效比例和總有效率顯著的高于非Hp感染組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后,與治療前相比,Hp感染組患者UPDRS-Ⅳ量表評(píng)分顯著降低,Hp感染組患者的UPDRS-Ⅳ量表評(píng)分顯著低于非Hp感染組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療前,兩組患者"開、關(guān)"期時(shí)間的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療后,Hp感染組患者"開"期時(shí)間顯著長于非Hp感染組,Hp感染組患者"關(guān)"期時(shí)間顯著短于非Hp感染組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論清除Hp后可以有效的提升帕金森病患者的運(yùn)動(dòng)水平,降低運(yùn)動(dòng)并發(fā)癥,延緩"開關(guān)"現(xiàn)象,并提升患者的總體療效,但是具體的作用機(jī)制尚不明確,還需進(jìn)一步深入研究,為改善帕金森病患者的療效提供新的治療途徑。
