【摘要】：正抗Ma2(即副腫瘤相關(guān)神經(jīng)腫瘤抗原的一種)抗體相關(guān)腦炎是一種抗細(xì)胞內(nèi)抗原抗體相關(guān)的自身免疫性腦炎,除認(rèn)知功能下降、精神癥狀和癲癇等邊緣葉腦炎(limbic encephalitis,LE)的典型臨床表現(xiàn)外,還可有上位腦干和間腦功能障礙的癥狀,而且多與腫瘤發(fā)生密切相關(guān)~([1])。血清和(或)腦脊液Ma2-Ab陽性患者常并發(fā)腫瘤,最常見于睪丸腫瘤~([2])及
[Abstract]:Antibody-associated encephalitis (Ma2) is an autoimmune encephalitis associated with anti-cellular antigens and antibodies, except for (limbic encephalitis, with reduced cognitive function, mental symptoms and epilepsy. In addition to the typical clinical manifestations of LE, there may also be symptoms of epistatic brainstem and diencephalon dysfunction, and most of them are closely related to tumorigenesis. Patients with Ma2-Ab positive in serum and / or cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) are often complicated with tumors, most commonly in testicular tumors ~ ([2]) and / or cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
