【摘要】：目的探討運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)估結(jié)合鏡像治療對(duì)腦卒中患者運(yùn)動(dòng)功能(FM)及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法選取腦卒中患者360例,隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組、運(yùn)動(dòng)評(píng)估組和聯(lián)合治療組各120例。對(duì)照組接受神經(jīng)內(nèi)科常規(guī)治療,運(yùn)動(dòng)評(píng)估組在常規(guī)治療礎(chǔ)上輔以運(yùn)動(dòng)評(píng)估法配合治療,聯(lián)合治療組則予以運(yùn)動(dòng)評(píng)估法聯(lián)合鏡像治療,患者均連續(xù)治療1個(gè)月,分析比較三組治療前后FM評(píng)分、生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分(GQOL)。結(jié)果入院當(dāng)天各組FM評(píng)分均無顯著差異(P0.05);治療后2 w、1個(gè)月聯(lián)合治療組FM評(píng)分明顯高于運(yùn)動(dòng)評(píng)估組和對(duì)照組(P0.05)。治療后,聯(lián)合治療組心理功能、社會(huì)功能、軀體功能評(píng)分明顯高于運(yùn)動(dòng)評(píng)估組和對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論針對(duì)腦卒中患者采用運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)估結(jié)合鏡像治療能夠明顯改善FM,緩解負(fù)面情緒,提高生活質(zhì)量,加快患者康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of motor dynamic evaluation combined with mirror image therapy on motor function (FM) and quality of life in stroke patients. Methods 360 stroke patients were randomly divided into control group, exercise evaluation group and combined treatment group. The control group received routine treatment of neurology, the exercise evaluation group was supplemented with exercise evaluation combined with treatment, and the combined treatment group was treated with exercise evaluation combined with mirror image therapy. The patients were treated continuously for one month. Analysis and comparison of FM score, quality of Life score (GQOL). Before and after treatment in three groups Results there was no significant difference in FM scores in each group on admission day (P0.05), and the FM score of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of exercise evaluation group and control group (P0.05) 2 weeks after treatment and 1 month after treatment. After treatment, the scores of psychological function, social function and somatic function in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the exercise evaluation group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion dynamic motor assessment combined with mirror image therapy for stroke patients can significantly improve FM, to alleviate negative emotions, improve the quality of life, and accelerate the recovery of patients.
