顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤患者瘤壁雌激素和雄激素受體的表達(dá)及其作用
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of estrogen and androgen receptors in intracranial aneurysms. Methods Thirty-two patients with intracranial aneurysms underwent craniotomy from November 2007 to June 2016 in Huaxi Hospital of Sichuan University were included. Nineteen intracranial aneurysms and 26 branches of superficial temporal artery were obtained and 45 qualified specimens were obtained. The expression of estrogen receptor- 偽, 尾 and androgen receptor in smooth muscle layer and endothelial cells of the branches of superficial temporal artery and intracranial aneurysm were detected by immunohistochemical method. The integrated optical density of positive cells was measured by Image Pro Plus6.0 software. 蠂 2 test and Mann-Whitney rank sum test were used in statistical analysis. Results the median (M) and quartile distance of estrogen receptor- 偽 and 尾 expression in aneurysms were 3 049 (2 112 554) and 4 364 (2 314 5 667), respectively. It was lower than the branches of superficial temporal artery (6 544 (3 507) 10 103) and 6 972 (5 694) (10 024). The expression level of androgen receptor in aneurysm wall was 3 299 (1 375 ~ 4 895), which was higher than that in superficial temporal artery (1 130) (79 4 ~ 1 922). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the decrease of estrogen receptor-偽, 尾 expression level and the increase of androgen receptor expression may promote the development of intracranial aneurysms, but the specific mechanism needs to be further studied.
