【摘要】：目的掌握克拉瑪依市居民心腦血管疾病的死亡分布特征及動(dòng)態(tài)變化趨勢(shì),為進(jìn)一步制定心腦血管干預(yù)策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集克拉瑪依市2007-2011年居民心腦血管疾病死亡資料,描述性分析心腦血管疾病的死因構(gòu)成、死亡率變化、性別和年齡分布等,用Excel2007和Death Reg2005軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行u檢驗(yàn),率的線性趨勢(shì)采用Cochran Armitage趨勢(shì)檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果 2007-2011年在克拉瑪依市居民死因順位中循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病平均死亡率為160.31/10萬(wàn),連續(xù)5年居死因順位首位,腦血管病及心臟病是循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病的主要死因,占循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病死亡人數(shù)的97.54%。以2011年為例,腦血管疾病和心血管疾病標(biāo)化死亡率男性(分別為64.08/10萬(wàn)、87.20/10萬(wàn))均高于女性(分別為54.11/10萬(wàn)、62.26/10萬(wàn)),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。心腦血管疾病死亡率隨著年齡增加呈上升趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論心腦血管疾病已成為克拉瑪依市居民主要死亡原因,應(yīng)引起全社會(huì)的重視,尤其是應(yīng)重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)60歲以上人群心腦血管疾病預(yù)防及控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the death distribution and dynamic trend of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Karamay and to provide scientific basis for the further development of cardiovascular intervention strategy. Methods the death data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Karamay from 2007 to 2011 were collected, and the causes of death, mortality changes, sex and age distribution of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were analyzed. The data were tested with Excel2007 and Death Reg2005 software. The linear trend of the rate was tested by Cochran Armitage trend test. Results the average mortality rate of circulatory diseases in the order of death of residents in Karamay from 2007 to 2011 was 160.31 / 100 thousand, ranking first for five consecutive years. Cerebrovascular disease and heart disease were the main causes of death of circulatory diseases. It accounts for 97.54 deaths from circulatory diseases. In 2011, for example, the standardized mortality rates for cerebrovascular disease and cardiovascular disease in men (64.08 / 100,000, 87.20 / 100,000) were higher than those in women (541.1 / 100,000, 622.6 / 100,000, respectively). The difference was statistically significant (P0.01). The mortality rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases increases with age. Conclusion Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become the main cause of death in Karamay, which should be paid attention to by the whole society, especially the prevention and control of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in people over 60 years old.
