【摘要】：目的:探討經(jīng)導(dǎo)管封堵術(shù)治療卵圓孔未閉(PFO)合并隱匿性卒中或短暫性缺血發(fā)作的近中期療效。方法:隨訪2009-05至2015-12期間在阜外醫(yī)院成功實(shí)施經(jīng)導(dǎo)管PFO封堵術(shù)的PFO合并隱匿性卒中、短暫性缺血發(fā)作56例,并于術(shù)后24h、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月、6個(gè)月復(fù)查經(jīng)胸超聲心動(dòng)圖、心電圖、X線胸片,隨后每隔6個(gè)月行電話隨訪。結(jié)果:56例患者中合并隱匿性卒中54例,合并短暫性缺血發(fā)作2例,53例(94.6%)使用北京華醫(yī)圣杰公司PFO封堵器,術(shù)后應(yīng)用阿司匹林6個(gè)月,平均隨訪(34.67±23.24)個(gè)月,所有患者術(shù)后均無(wú)卒中、短暫性缺血發(fā)作病史,術(shù)后均未見(jiàn)殘余分流。結(jié)論:經(jīng)導(dǎo)管PFO封堵術(shù)治療PFO合并隱匿性卒中或短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作近中期療效滿(mǎn)意,仍需要進(jìn)一步長(zhǎng)期大規(guī)模隨訪。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of transcatheter closure in the treatment of (PFO) with occult stroke or transient ischemic attack in patients with patent foramen ovale. Methods: from 2009-05 to 2015-12, 56 cases of PFO complicated with occult stroke were successfully treated with transcatheter PFO closure in Fuwei Hospital. Transthoracic echocardiography was performed 24 hours, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after operation. Electrocardiogram, X-ray chest radiographs were followed up by telephone every 6 months. Results: among the 56 patients, 54 cases were complicated with occult stroke, 2 cases were complicated with transient ischemic attack, 53 cases (94.6%) were treated with PFO occluder in Beijing Huayi Shengjie Company, and aspirin was used for 6 months after operation. The mean follow-up was (34.67 鹵23.24) months. No stroke, no residual shunt was found in all patients. Conclusion: transcatheter closure of PFO is satisfactory in the treatment of PFO with occult stroke or transient ischemic attack.
