【摘要】：目的觀察帕金森病(PD)患者血清維生素D水平和不同認(rèn)知域的情況,評估血清維生素D水平與PD患者不同認(rèn)知域的相關(guān)性。方法選擇77例PD患者及同期34名健康對照者,檢測空腹血清維生素D水平,采用認(rèn)知功能相關(guān)量表對PD患者、健康對照者進(jìn)行認(rèn)知功能評分,同時進(jìn)行PD患者運(yùn)動功能和抑郁程度評分。結(jié)果 PD患者的血清維生素D水平較健康對照組的明顯降低(t=-3.154,P=0.002)。PD癡呆組和非癡呆組的MMSE評分及蒙特利爾認(rèn)知評估量表評分較健康對照組的明顯降低(均P0.05)。PD癡呆組、PD非癡呆組與健康對照組相比,在多項(xiàng)認(rèn)知功能領(lǐng)域評分有明顯差異(均P0.05)。PD患者血清維生素D水平與病程和Hoehn-Yahr分期有顯著負(fù)相關(guān)性(r_1=-0.372,P_1=0.002;r_2=-0.292,P_2=0.010)。PD非癡呆組的血清維生素D水平分別與聽覺詞語學(xué)習(xí)測試中即刻回憶、短延遲記憶、長延遲記憶(P_1=0.005;P_2=0.007;P_3=0.014)具有顯著正相關(guān)性。結(jié)論 PD患者血清維生素D水平較正常人群明顯降低,血清維生素D水平與PD患者的疾病病程、嚴(yán)重程度呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與PD非癡呆患者的記憶功能呈顯著正相關(guān),血清維生素D水平對于非癡呆PD患者的記憶功能具有一定的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum vitamin D levels and different cognitive domains in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) and to evaluate the correlation between serum vitamin D levels and different cognitive domains in patients with PD. Methods the fasting serum vitamin D levels were measured in 77 patients with PD and 34 healthy controls in the same period. Cognitive function scale was used to evaluate the cognitive function of PD patients and healthy controls. At the same time, the motor function and depression degree of patients with PD were evaluated. Results the serum vitamin D level in PD patients was significantly lower than that in the healthy control group (t = -3.154). The MMSE scores and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale scores in P0. 002). PD dementia group and non dementia group were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group (P0.05) in). PD dementia group, PD non dementia group and healthy control group. There was significant difference in scores in multiple cognitive functional areas (P0.05). P30.014) there was a significant positive correlation. Conclusion the serum vitamin D level in PD patients was significantly lower than that in normal controls. The serum vitamin D level was negatively correlated with the disease course and severity in PD patients, and positively correlated with the memory function of PD non-dementia patients. Serum vitamin D level has a certain effect on memory function in patients with non-dementia PD.
