多模態(tài)MRI、神經(jīng)導(dǎo)航和超聲在腦膠質(zhì)瘤術(shù)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:正腦膠質(zhì)瘤是中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)最常見的惡性腫瘤,占原發(fā)性顱內(nèi)腫瘤的50%~60%~([1])。目前,膠質(zhì)瘤治療主要采用手術(shù)聯(lián)合放化療,以及分子靶向治療等綜合治療。研究顯示,膠質(zhì)瘤切除得越徹底,術(shù)后中位生存期越長~([2])。傳統(tǒng)的腦膠質(zhì)瘤手術(shù)常依據(jù)術(shù)前CT、MRI設(shè)計(jì)方案,術(shù)中依據(jù)局部腦組織的隆起或凹陷等形態(tài)異常、與周圍腦組織對(duì)比的顏色異常和觸摸瘤周質(zhì)地的變化等來確定病變的位置和范圍。這
[Abstract]:Glioma is the most common malignant tumor in the central nervous system, accounting for 50% of the primary intracranial tumors. At present, glioma is mainly treated by surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, as well as molecular targeted therapy. Studies have shown that the more complete resection of gliomas, the longer the median survival time. Traditional brain glioma surgery is usually based on preoperative CT,MRI design, intraoperative according to the local brain tissue bulge or depression and other morphological abnormalities.
