【摘要】：正上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬仁濟醫(yī)院神經(jīng)外科包映暉主任團隊,運用新引進世界最先進的pentero900雙熒光顯微鏡,開展了醫(yī)院首例該顯微鏡下熒光素鈉引導(dǎo)輔助行全切腦膠質(zhì)瘤切除術(shù)。在顯微鏡下可清晰顯示出熒光染色的腫瘤與正常的腦組織邊界,沿腫瘤邊界、歷經(jīng)3 h成功全部切除腫瘤。術(shù)后經(jīng)過積極對癥處理,患者恢復(fù)良好,肢體可自主活
