【摘要】：目的了解河南省居民心腦血管疾病患病率及影響因素,為心腦血管疾病的防治工作提供建議。方法2013年采用多階段分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,抽取河南省18個(gè)縣的27140名≥15歲居民進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解居民的家庭和個(gè)人情況以及慢性病情況。結(jié)果調(diào)查人群的心腦血管疾病患病率為16.85%,年齡標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化率為17.36%。隨著年齡增大,患病率呈上升趨勢(shì)(趨勢(shì)X~2=4 091.391 P0.001);城市(19.72%)高于農(nóng)村(13.91%)(X~2=163.410,P0.001);女性(18.14%)高于男性(15.49%)(X~2=33.857,P0.001)。多因素logistic回歸分析顯示,年齡(OR=2.290)、城市居住(OR=1.366)、喪偶(OR=1.462)、超重(OR=1.686)或肥胖(OR=3.163)、每周鍛煉不到1次(OR=1.477)或1~2次(OR=1.182)、≥6次(OR=1.210)和糖尿病(OR=3.705)均為心腦血管病的危險(xiǎn)因素(均P0.05);同時(shí)隨著可改變危險(xiǎn)因素?cái)?shù)目的增加,心腦血管病的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也會(huì)增高(OR=1.856,95%CI=1.798~1.916)。結(jié)論河南省居民以高血壓為代表的心腦血管病患病率較高,且呈增加趨勢(shì)。不良生活行為方式依舊是心腦血管病的主要危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Henan province, and to provide advice for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods 27140 residents over 15 years old in 18 counties of Henan Province were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling in 2013 to investigate their family and personal conditions and chronic diseases. Results the prevalence rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was 16.85 and the age standardized rate was 17.36.
